The property was lovely. Not what I was expecting. The room was bigger than I thought and we were lucky to get a small balcony to sit and have a morning coffee on. Buffet breakfast was nice but not coeliac friendly, I had to ask staff if the chef could cook up a separate plate for me. They did this which was lovely, they did make it clear that that couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination in the kitchen. Although lots of places around the hotel that I could eat at safely.

We had a wonderful stay at Treasury on Collins. The location is excellent, surrounded by remnants of the beautiful old Melbourne yet close to shops and eateries. The staff were excellent - helpful and not intrusive. Very comfortable room. Free afternoon drinks and a great breakfast. We will return.

It's the staff that make the difference, Jo from Fiji was magnificent...a wonderful host. Marvin was equally good, and the Argentinian lady recommended the best restaurants. We followed her sage advice and she hit the button every time. Breakfast is well done. The chef is attentive and can cook eggs and bacon to perfection. As I said it's the staff that make the difference.

I almost don't want to write a positive review for this place because I want to keep it all to myself! I loved our stay here! This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spacious and had incredible amenities, like in unit laundry and a jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was nice and the complimentary snacks were so helpful. The staff we also super kind and helpful. And the location was perfect - right in the center of everything.

Great location and staff!

The location was fantastic, the staff amazing and the old building quite special. It was unfortunate when there that only one lift worked and the coffee machine was out of order for breakfast too. The gym is basic but has good treadmills and it is a bit clunky dropping and collecting luggage with the standing zone a full level (and only elevator accessible) below the mezzanine where the reception desk is located. Parking is also some distance away. Room was very good with great hot water, space and fit out.

From the moment we reached reception the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was amazing with plenty of room and facilities. This is close to a lot of restaurants and easily walkable to major shopping areas such as Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central. Buffet breakfast was the standard fare with most hotels, however the availability of the snack bar throughout the day until 10pm is next level and very much appreciated. Further to that they have a daily Wine Down event on the mezzanine level with plenty of seating and atmosphere with a pool table to boot.
