Ovolo is a good boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful. I appreciated the ambiance which is a cool vibe and for the lack of amenities the hotel makes up for it with a happy hour and a complimentary mini-bar. Also it has a relationship with a nearby gym so I was able to get in a good workout too. It is also centrally located which made it a good selection after a long flight from the states. I only had two issues 1. My room had no windows which made the room uncomfortable at times. Sometimes you just want sunlight. I probably should have expected no windows since it is called a laneway. 2. Bathroom sink was extremely small that I felt very clumsy using it.
