Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked the property for 6 nights and went to check in only to find no one was available/ or any instructions provided to get into the property. Called the number provided numerous times with no answer and none responded. Waited for nearly 2 hrs with young kids in vain. Yet to receive my booking amount paid from Expedia. Very poor!
