Host was okay communicator and we overall enjoyed our stay but there was some concerns. The pool and hot tub were nice but was some confusion with pool pump/heater/hot tub took a bit to make it work and heat properly. The house was relatively clean at first look but definitely could have used a good deep cleaning. Gas grill too rusted to be usable but they did offer a small charcoal grill that we had to purchase charcoal in order to use. Fire pit was also rusted out so was unable to use although host did purchase a new fire pit that arrived the day before we left. Was lots of outdoor seating but quite a few of the chairs are brittle/cracked from the sun.

Was a great stay. Owners were great and welcoming. Visited Control Jiu Jitsu around the corner as often as possible, why we originally picked this house. Would stay here again.

Spring break

Overall the stay was great! Hot tub and pool were so warm…the kids enjoyed them for hours. The house was clean and smelled amazing on check in. I did read in other reviews about the lights coming on at random, this did happen to us on night one however we found that if we shut it off with the switch and not the remote it was fine. Quick trip to the beach and other attractions so location was great. Would definitely stay again if we were going to be in the area.

We had a few minor issues at first...but our host was quick to help...the amazing pool was nice and warm... the outside landscaping needs some love... inside of the house is great... comfy beds and nice bathrooms ... we are sad to leave Blue Turtle Villa.... attention iThe inside of the house is great@

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay but the bedroom lights kept coming on in the middle of the night and during the day, it also wouldn’t stay on a few times. Other than that it was very nice!!!

Nice House with Plenty of Space

Property is in nice neighborhood short driving distance to beach and restaurant. Very clean house. Owner was very responsive to questions and resolving any matters that came up during our stay. Had maintenance person out in less than 24 hours. As shown in the pictures several activities in the house for kids besides pool and spa with pool table, checkers, and Jenga. Would stay at property in the future.

Summer Vacation

This is a beautifully furnished home. It is located across the Eau Gallie Causeway and Eau Gallie High School in Melbourne so you do have to drive to the beach. The hot tub is difficult to turn on. Although the house sleeps 12, it is only furnished with enough dishes for 8. There were only 2 wash cloths in the house so we had to buy extra. After we left, the owner sent us a picture of the quilt with a faded stain and tried to say we stained it, which we did not. If you stay here, check everything thoroughly to document any issues and message the owner upon arrival.
