The room was very clean and was nice had a refrigerator too. Staff was excellent and very courteous and even gave us late ck out. Cause we are traveling from Florida to new york and needed the extra time in a.m. And dog friendly:)

I paid and reserve a superior room and they gave my room away to someone else. I had to squeeze my large family in a basic room and they charged me for the superior room when I asked about giving me my money back they said they didn't do that.
