The best thing about the room is the view. The check in was difficult and confusing. There was meant to be access to a pool that wasn’t possible. The rooms could go with a paint and tidy up.

Was a bit rabbit warren to get around the corridors to get tp your room. THe check in was ok but to have to return the key when it could be let with the concierge was really a pain after you had packed. you pack and leave your room and wait in the foyer but there is no toilet available, while waiting for your taxis. Concierge seemed more concerned with their phones than offering any advice or help.

The staff helping with check in and out were very friendly and helpful. However, the location for check in and out was not convenient though. It would be great if it was within the same building. This is especially helpful for couturiers with car.

Would not recommend staying in this apartment to anyone unless they clean up their act!! Very disappointing Hotels.com that you would have this listed!!! Not happy!! Part of a month long vacation and so far this is our only disappointment! Mattress needs replacing as you both roll to the middle! No where to sit and eat other than the lounge. Towels are worn as thin as tea towels!! Bathroom basin backs up every time it’s used. Bathroom wall near shower all peeling away and needs repairs. Toilet disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned between stays for a long time!! Washing machine is full of mould as never cleaned! 3 Hangers (you really could do better than this for a double wardrobe and it being winter with plenty of coats for hanging)! Modem dangling from wall in wardrobe! Cutlery disgusting and has not been washed at all with dried baked on old food! Seriously this place is disgraceful and shouldn’t be let out for holiday lettings! Day of arrival left waiting for 25 minutes for staff to reopen reception for us to check in! Had to let the taxi go not knowing how far with our suitcases we would need to go further to get to the premises as keys were at another location. Check in should be easier than this guys!! And you cannot use their amenities such as gym etc if you’re not a resident! The only positive was the view from the 29th floor. Not good enough to stay again though that’s for sure! Disgraceful Hotels.com that you have this listed! Have added a few photos below!

Great location, great apartment! Was so good to have all the comforts of home available rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. The apartment was amazing, view was something else, loved coming home every night! Shower could be a little cleaner, but overall we really loved our stay and will most definitely be making this our go to accommodation whenever we are in Melbourne!!

Awesome location, close to everything.

Awesome location. Fantastic views. The apartment was perfect for my needs and stay. It was a little worn (previous rental maybe) and not as clean as I like, but I'm a fusspot. Makeup in the sink, dirty mirrors and washing machine smelly, but I'd stay again. Such a great location, and very convenient.

There was a constant beeping sound every 90s or so in the room that I could not turn off. It was from the cupboard in the bedroom, from the modem I think. It was very annoyng and disruptive to sleep.
