Easy and friendly check-in, clean and spacious room. Air con was confusing and didnt seem to stay on thru the night making the room stuffy. Mattress and pillows were great. Breakfast was cold as was ‘hot’ water for tea, pastries seemed stale. Wouldn’t pay for breakfast there again.

It was a nice location, easy from the sky bus . Clean and tidy but I did have to ask for the room to be cleaned. No bottle of wine a s pre booking. Staff friendly and happy to help.

I booked this hotel as a treat for my sister. It was not a 4star experience. The rug in our room was full of crumbs and fluff. Didn't improve through our stay. Cups and glasses not rinsed or cleaned. Tea and coffee not replenished,and no decaf. Beds were singles quite narrow vrey soft. Had to remake them each day. Floor had deep gouges over an area of 1m.

Super poor service from staff, had room service the first night, food was average and cold when arrived, no room service to clean or replenish towels ect apparently at over $250 a night you have to request room cleaning personally, our dishes sat out the front of our room for two days . The room was small and not the cleanest, only Tony bin in bathroom and no toilet brush, stains on furniture and hand marks on most surfaces, bed was poorly made, basically the convenient location.

Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room was very nice with a great view. Lovely heavy drapes and comfortable bed. TV played up a bit and the room layout is a bit unusual. Bed too close to the cupboard, and bathroom light switch way over on the RH wall.

My second time here. Delightful interior decor that is clean, and great blockout features, perfect for those who need darkness to sleep. It’s very close to southern cross station and walkable about a slow 10 minutes to the shopping area. I really enjoyed the heated pool because it was heated so well that the warm pool felt like stepping into a warm bath. I also enjoyed the Q rooftop bar which had a nice view of the city. Will stay again for its design, value for money and convenience. If you are Asian, gotta try the breakfast at Salted Egg!

Second time staying here. Staff were excellent, rooms are fantastic only thing to point out is that the breakfast was a little lack lustre and not as much of a variety, and the layout of the buffet wasn’t the greatest. Aside from that, a great experience overall.

We booked two rooms and the rooms were 6 floors apart. No option to put us closer which was very disappointing. Stains on furniture and carpet, with dirt visible when we opened the curtains. Breakfast was over priced for the quality of food provided. Tiny teacups, rubbery eggs and barrista made coffee was at an extra cost. The art work was very nice and close to Crown and public transport. We stayed Saturday night and the street noise and music went most of the night.
