Wonderful facility a short walk from the Oregon Shakespearean Festival. Breakfast was an A. Rooms were generally clean, but we kept finding candy wrappers from previous guests.

Proximity to everything. Had a little problem with the back door but figured out another easy entrance. Great breakfast. Helpful staff! Taj India restaurant is nearby and is excellent!!

Our second stay at this Ashland gem.
This hotel's location in Ashland can't be beat - the downtown shops & restaurants, Lithia Park, and the Shakespeare Festival are all easily walkable. Staff are friendly and helpful. There's lots of off-street, covered (free) parking. Another plus - they have a guest laundry on the 2nd floor, great for longer trips.

A bit of a disappointment
The Plaza Inn is a great location near the town center and theaters. The rooms are clean and large but dark. Our breakfasts were not as good as in the past. There was no fruit which was surprising in the summer on the West Coast.

The room and staff are always just fine. The breakfast is lovely (and a nice incentive to stay with you.) However, having a hot vegan option (e.g. oatmeal, porridge, cream of wheat, etc.) would be especially nice. Thank you.

Great find in Ashland
I’ve been to Ashland many times but never even noticed this hotel but I will definitely be back. The hotel is well located—we parked the car when we arrived and never had to drive while we were there. Everything is within walking distance. They also have one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen in years. The only downside is the pillows so if you want comfortable pillows bring your own. And enjoy everything else.

Very nice dog-friendly hotel
Very clean, large and updated rooms and common areas. Just off the main drag, so very quiet at night. Breakfast on the outside patio was great-good food and lovely surroundings. Deer and birds beneath the deck near the creek kept us entertained. Hotel is a short and safe walk to the downtown shops, Lithia Park and Festival grounds. We traveled with our dog with no hassles. He was allowed on the patio with us for breakfast.
