2 minute walk to downtown Ashland. On a quiet street with easy parking. Clean room, very courteous staff, and a good continental breakfast. We'll stay here again.

Nice. Clean. Would go there again. Had to park on the street—9:30 pm arrival.

The hotel is beautiful, but the area seemed unsafe and the staff told us our belongings would not be safe in our car (camping supplies and a cooler) unless we used their valet parking which was $50. The hotel has no parking so you will have to use valet, park on the street, or use the parking structure around the corner. The room was great and clean. The staff was very nice.

Great location for Shakespeare Festival. Nice outdoor tables near Ashland Creek. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and theatres. Many covered parking spaces, which was nice in the heat.

Great proximity to downtown

Close to downtown

Very comfortable and an easy walk to Resturant’s and theater. Highly recommended (Better breakfast would have helped!)

It felt like a boutique hotel…. But with so much more.

Very nice hotel, with clean comfortable rooms. Very close to all Ashland attractions, so you can just walk around.

Property is a bit dated. Not a lot of onsite amenities. But staff is very gracious, room is nice, location is great, and they have Tesla car charges.

Great location and it was quiet. Staff not super friendly, but did their job. I found a used mask behind a chair that looked like it hadn’t been moved in awhile to clean behind and there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. I called the desk and he said other people called too and that it was probably too many people taking showers at the same time. There are many other options in the area, I would skip this one next time we stay in Ashland.

Hot tub not in service. No maid service

Beautiful property, friendly staff; COVID abbreviations didn’t allow us the amenities we were used to, but not the hotels fault! Staff seemed short-staffed, we called for pillows for the sofa bed 3x and they never came. Overall, a nice stay/experience. Thank you!!

For the price, I was expecting a nicer property. Rooms were dated. Shower curtain didn't close completely due to the curved rod installed incorrectly with missing curtain rings

Location and atmosphere was outstanding!

The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. The staff is great!

The property is a short walking distance to several dining establishments and a beautiful park with walking trails. Due to COVID restrictions they could only offer a to go breakfast bag. Nice assortment of fruit, yogurt, and a bagel.

Lovely hotel, with a lovely room, very clean, roomy. A nice higher class sort of hotel. Everything worked well, and very comfortable. Easy walking to everything in Ashland.

Great location. Walk to galleries, theatre, restaurants and shops. Decor a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Thank you for staying with us, I hope you had a great stay. I think you might have our parking situation blended in with a different hotel. We do not have or offer valet parking nor do we have a parking structure around the corner. Also, we feel like the hotel is located in a safe area. Again, we appreciate you staying with us and we hope to see you again soon!
