Very helpful at the front desk. Would stay at this hotel on my next visit,

Close to Highway and very nice location to get off, take a break and continue travel

Enjoyed the hot spa and pool, and liked the use of the small gym for my daily workout!

We enjoyed the cleanliness & convenience of the hotel & loved touring Ashland' s downtown & nearby parks, trails, mountain views. The staff was pleasant & helpful in giving advice for places to visit, run, eat.

The hotel was very nice. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Ashland is a small town, so it's fairly close to everything. There is a nice bar next door and a few decent restaurants within a walking distance. Dining in the downtown area (5 minutes by car) is great. A number of all kinds of choices at a reasonable price.

Short stopover during long drive. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice pool, dog-friendly, and the healthiest continental breakfast options I've seen in any hotel chain. Definitely recommend.

Driving from San Fran to Oregon coast, this was a good half way point to stop. The rooms were clean, the beds & pillows very comfortable, the staff helpful and the hot tub was a treat too.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on a semi-regular basis. Staff are always friendly. The room is always neat and clean. The breakfast has something for everyone. All in all… A great stay - as usual.

The hotel was average, was looking forward to the stay but the room smelled like animals had stayed there before

Clean, friendly staff, but not walking distance to town

Pretty normal for Holiday Inn nice and clean nothing out of the ordinary

We had hope to be within walking distance to the theaters, but alas, booked too late. This hotel was convenient to the theaters by car and easy to get to downtown Ashland. Decent breakfast, easy on and off the I-5 (with 16 minutes to Rogue Valley Mall), clean room, good pool for the kids, and polite staff. Will go back again.

Good place for a rest stop. Very clean and includes a fridge and microwave.

Room smelled of tobacco smoke, front desk just said "we're a non-smoking facility " . There were no other hotels available, so we had to endure it. Front desk person had a very nasty attitude.

A clean and comfortable room, everything as it should be. My main disappointment was that it feels quite far from the downtown area. It's only 3.25 miles and 9 minutes from the Shakespeare Festival, but you have to cross over I-5, drive through construction, and end up in a nondescript cul de sac. Traffic noise from nearby I-5 woke me at 6 every morning. Breakfast buffet is the usual -- lots of choices, but all highly processed, unhealthy options.

The palce was only a short drive from the center of town but right off foute 5. The rooms were large and clean and the breakfast adequate. I would stay here again.

They had everything!! The room was beautiful and comfortable. Will stay there again.

We had a room adjacent to the elevator and never heard a whir, skreech, squeak or rumble! Not a peep. Comfy beds and love the pillow choices from firm to soft. We have recently stayed in a HIExpress in Solana Beach and had exactly the same breakfast, although Solana Beach had bananas. No fresh fruit in Ashland, and it was sorely missed.

Very friendly at desk and with service. Hotel is not really well sound conditioned so it was noisy. breakfast was better than expected, but, all the leaded coffee dispensers were empty (4) On checkout desk did not know we'd prepaid. I really want to emphasize the genuine intelligent and friendly desk and cleanup personnel. As we were leaving though one of the cleanup staff was holding the elevator door for an assoicate during the high customer use breakfast and checkout time between 8-9:30 AM. there were customers at every floor as we descended.

Stayed overnight on a trip from Washington to California. The room was comfortable and in a safe convenient location not far off the freeway.
