Best Western Windsor Inn

everything is OK except the water from sink out is not good.

Great price coupled with nice amenities. Solid place to stay. Only complaint is the bed mattress. Other than that we will be back next year for the plays, fourth year in a row at the Windsor.

Our dog enjoyed her stay here. She got a goody-bag at check-in with treats and a couple sheets to protect theh bed. And the dog area was only a 50-foot walk from our room. The room itself was very large, clean and properly equipped. The free breakfast was outstanding, with scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos, waffles, pancakes, and sausage, to name just a few of the many items available. Kiss your diet goodbye! The staff recommended a good Mexican restaurant named Agave in downtown Ashland (try the duck tacos!). This hotel was the first stop on a road-trip from Portland to Arizona, so we are comparing the rest of the hotels we'll be at to this one as the "gold standard".

Quick stopover to California. Will go back for a night on way home!

okay hotel off freeway for traveler served our needs. nice bed and comforter. toilet too low for old folks

We were traveling between Portland and the Bay Area. Great place to stop overnight. Great big rooms. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Its was so good we stopped again on the way back. And there is a brewery around the corner. Good food & beer..

Very pleasant and responsive staff. We were attending a convention across the way and discovered we were happy to be in the overflow housing. The full breakfast is one of the best deals around. Definitely recommend it for the business traveler.

This was a great location for going to the Shakespeare festival. It was easy to find (just off the freeway) and only about an 8 minute drive to the festival. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well lit. I especially liked the nice selection of pillows on the beds, and the separate sink/vanity area. My only complaint is that the air conditioner rattled, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep.

Motel style that is a good value for the price. No elevators though so you have to be able to manage your bags to the second floor.

This place is located conveniently off I5, which is nice since there is no need to hunt down the hotel on a dark night in an unfamiliar locale. Clean, comfy rooms. Welcoming staff at the front desk. Tasty breakfast. Clientele is mainly people doing the Shakespeare thing nearby, so fewer vagrant types wandering about than most such highway side places.

My husband and I stayed here on our way north and 3 nights later on our way south. The first night was in a room with two double beds. These beds were not very comfortable and felt old. The second night was in one king bed and it was great. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were modern and clean. The pool and spa are gorgeous and we couldn't wait to use them, but the spa was broken both nights we were there. The breakfast was great with a ton of options. The hotel is very conveniently located by I-5. I'm sure we will stay here again.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly . The shuttle was the best way yo get to the show. A very good driver.

I always like best western. This is not an exception.

We had a group of five so we split into two rooms. The rooms were above average with comfortable bedding, nice space. However I did not read the room description well enough so instead of getting one King and the other two queen beds we got a jacuzzi. They were very accommodating with a cot. Make sure when booking you review the info.

The Best Western Windsor is a regular stop for us in route to CA. They accommodate pets with a reasonable fee and nice welcoming "doggie bag". It's located just off I-5 and is very close to downtown Ashland. The Windsor Inn is exceptionally maintained and represents a good value for the price.

Room had a bug infestation that the staff said were "sugar ants' but might have been bed bugs.

My husband and I went to Ashland for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We asked the front desk if we could upgrade to a room with a hot tub (which was available for 4.00 more) The hotel clerk was rude and wouldn't accommodate us even though the pool and pool hot tub was closed and under renovation! I was disgusted by the service and the rudeness of this place not honoring our wedding anniversary, or providing a discount for services NOT available. We will not be staying there again!

Right off the highway, so very convienent. Priced right and very clean.

Great staff, very clean. great internet. Will stay there again on next visit to Ashland/Medford area.

I drove from portland to california. The first day I stop at ashland for the night. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. The room was big enough for three of us. We had an room with two queen beds. It locates just along interstate 5. If you are driving and wish to stay for a night, this room is a nice choice!
