The hotel was amazing! The rooftop view is spectacular! We traveled with kids and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super helpful and nice.

We loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Well designed rooms with good amenities. There’s even a great jazz bar in the basement that we enjoyed. The location is in the hottest neighborhood of Medellín, especially for nightlife. Therefore, all the best restaurants of all price ranges are nearby. All the best shopping is also nearby. Metro to other parts of town is within walking distance and very easy to use. Given the location, it can get noisy at nights until early hours of the morning. However, that was a problem for us because we used the white noise on our phone at nights and it worked perfectly. We would stay here again.

Nice bi-lingual staff. Room subpar

It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of the night life. The top floor has a really nice area with a small pool & jacuzzi (not hot water). Staff is bilingual and helpful Unfortunately I got a bad room. The ventilation system would only stay on for maybe 10 minutes and then shut off. The staff came to check and reset but it never worked correctly making it incredibly uncomfortable at night as it was very warm. They did offer me to change the room but it was already 9:30 at night and I was in bed. They should have offered earlier in the day when I first complained around 5 PM And the TV had issues the entire stay. They use Roku. The staff came to login and had to change out the system. It worked for a bit but the next morning it wasn't working again. The condition of the room is ok, not great. It looks like the bathroom hasn't been maintained and the large sliding wood door is very hard to open & close On my last stay I was on the 5th floor and the noise from the area wasn't too bad at night, but on the 3rd floor it was really bad. Thankfully I brought noise canceling earbuds otherwise I wouldn't have been able to rest until the parties outside stop around 4 AM I feel like they gave me a bad room, and although they did send staff several times to fix issues, they should have offered me a new room immediately when the air-conditioning wasn't working, not wait until 9:30 at night only after so asked for a reimbursement Finally they should be able to change effectivo 👎

El hotel Marquee es súper excelente, con atenciones de primera desde el primer momento. Está estratégicamente ubicado en el corazón de todo: rodeado de bares, restaurantes, supermercados, taxis y transporte público. Además, está muy cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas y de la mayoría de las paradas donde recogen los tours, lo cual es perfecto para quienes desean explorar la ciudad con guías. Quiero destacar al increíble equipo de trabajo: Julio, Edwin, Nata, José, Cilene y Sergio — todos fueron lo máximo, siempre atentos, amables y con un servicio impecable. El rooftop es un 10/10, con una vista hermosa y un ambiente perfecto para relajarse. El restaurante, que ofrece desayuno incluido, fue una de mis partes favoritas: delicioso, y con un personal que también merece un 10/10 por su atención. El bar es elegante, con una gran selección de bebidas y un ambiente muy agradable. Sin duda, recomiendo el Hotel Marquee y volvería a hospedarme allí sin pensarlo dos veces.

Meine Familie und ich waren drei Nächte dort und kann nur weiter empfehlen. Ich war mit meine 19 jährige Tochter und zwei kleine Kinder. Service im Restaurant, Terrasse, Rezeption, Cleaning service war Hervorragend, immer sehr hilfreich bei alle Fragen wie Tourismus oder Hotel Infos. Auch geeignet für kleine Kinder. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht und haben wir ein super service gekriegt, viele Alternativen zum Frühstück, 3 Getränke pro Person und auch Empfehlungen. Cocktails super lecker und auch immer gute Empfehlungen gekriegt.
