Some of the staff could be friendlier, facilities are very good for price

The staff at this hotel was so great. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, the food was great. It was a great value all around, including the buffet breakfast and the buffet "light" dinner all included. It's located in a kind of residential neighborhood, but very close to amenities, transportation, parks, etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would go back any time we had the opportunity.

Gente muy amable , no es maravilloso pero para el precio tiene todo lo que se necesita

Well worth the money . Will definitely recommended to my friends .

Good Hotel when traveling for business, although there were plenty of children for a hotel with no entertainment for kids, so they played soccer out in the hall : ( Location was great, walking distance to a lot of places, very nice and super safe are. Breakfast was ok, not great but good enough to get you started, and a light dinner was included in the price, which was a nice surprise.

The hotel is close to everything you want to do. Money exchange 1 block away, restaurants, bars casinos and mall all with 3 blocks of the hotel. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good and with the free food they put out in the evening, you can get by without buying anymore food.

Great staff, breakfast and dinner included. Very clean and comfortable room.

great service, clean rooms, decent breakfast & light dinner... Highly recommend!

Apparently both breakfast and dinner are include in the price. The only drawback is that it is a long slog to get to the metro. Apparently all the decent hotels in town are far away from the riff raff of the subway riders...

I spent 1 day and 2 nights and was harassed 3 times by the staff knocking on my door, once to come in and "check the minibar", and the other times just to spy on me I guess. The loose screw on the door handle was sharp and dangerous. Internet access was so slow as to be completely worthless. I never felt welcome. The Tuesday morning front desk staff were particularly rude and unhelpful. They made me sign a bunch of extra papers with no explanation. I received no signed copies of anything. They were insulting, and apparently thought that since I can't speak Spanish well, I don't understand what people are saying about me. I asked for help with the taxi and they refused. They also charged me a lot of extra money, again without explanation. The service is better at backpacker hostels. Choosing this hotel was a mistake I don't plan on making again.

Friendly staff, good location few blocks from oviedo shopping center , there are always taxys at the hotel.I stayed at a junior suite .Nice room.Pretty Nice Hotel.

rooms are clean, breakfast and dinner are included, although the food is nothing special, just something till your next meal, staff can get overloaded when hotel is full, they are a bit understaffed, won't feel it in low season

good buffet and recommende especially for spanish and english speaking guest. good stauff especially swaul.and John

The staff was excellent and most spoke English which was a help with my limited Spanish. It was in an excellent area and easy walk to many places. The room was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Medellin.

This is a nice hotel. Surrounding with many restaurant and shopping mall.

Friendly staff, Thera was an extra bed in my room so I had to switch rooms with a junior suite ,Room was great the only thing was that the wall Air Conditioning unit made to much noise. They charged me $20,000 pesos extra per night for the upgrate. The hotel was pretty good great location the only negative thing is that there is not room service like others Estelar hotels.

I spent a nice time there because it was close to many restaurants and the biggest mall in Medellin (Santa Fe) and a smaller mall called Oviedo with a cinema. The hotel serves dinner and breakfast all within the room price. One of my personal wine glasses was broken by the maid and it was promptly replaced to the exact brand and size. Nice, quiet rooms the only negative would be the smell that came from the toilet at night. I had to close the door. I am not sure what it was because it sure looked clean to me.

Staff was proffesional and very kind. I strongly recommened

I have no complaints and would stay again with recommendations.

stayed first time on Estelar apartments right in front of Santa Fe Mall and to the side of Pomona supermarket great location and now I stayed on the Estelar Blue a few blocks down from Estelar Apartments , really neat pleace confy rooms and exelent staff and breakfast and dinner included on the price just great deal.
