The staff was very friendly and helpful, but room conditions could be better. Sometime at 6 in the morning we heard loud bang. Like someone tried to kick the door open. Then banging continued. Turns out it was workers who constantly walked in and out one of the rooms. That was disturbing. What saved the mood is very good breakfast.

Receiving photos

Photos were deceiving as our room has not been updated, the windows were crusty, ceiling had stains, and walls had peeling paint. We checked out early and are hoping to get a refund as the room was not as shown. Lobby was nice and breakfast offered fruit, eggs, rice and other Colombian staples.

Super noisy. Construction going on during the day which made it hard to relax. There was a metal vent in the room that made lots of noise in the middle of the night from the rain. Bellman was really helpful though.
