Great Location for fun or relaxation!

So very large place in a lovely neighborhood. Great for family or friends going to have fun. You are located on a nice street that has tons of restaurants from just below the apartment too around all corners. Nice little corner store as well, along with major size shopping in a short walk. Water works very well with pressure and hot water too. 8 min. walk to Parque Llares and 5 min. walk to Parque Poblado. I went with 5 friends and we had more than plenty of space. Owner speaks great English if that is needed as well. They are quick to get back to you if you have any issues or need help. Size and value are great here.

Excelente lugar

el lugar es excelente, súper cómodo. todas las habitaciones con aire, el jacuzzi funciona perfecto. Tanto Santiago como José Luis muy atentos a colaborar y cumplidos. excelente servicio. No hay plagas ni roedores. Desafortunadamente el señor de la casa de al lado ( Pepe) hizo una fiesta de 5pm a 4 am con papayera y fue imposible dormir esa noche. se escuchaba como si la música fuera en el apto. ( se debe revisar un goteo de la ducha del último baño ya que se desperdicia mucha agua .
