This is an awesome hotel. the staff is very professional. the

Best friendly and clean hotel! Nice design i really liked it ! Great staff always there for you ! Luxury hotel for a good price

The rooms were enormous and very well appointed, and the location was great. The hotel had a very strong party vibe, even in the midst of Covid. If you're looking to stay up late and don't mind late night noise and intoxicated neighbors, then this could be your spot! One huge downside was that the pool and fitness center were both completely closed for covid. This was a hotel decision, as opposed to a government one, as other hotels did have their amenities open at the same time. Given the cost of the hotel, and given the apparent non necessity of the closure, I was disappointed by the closure. I would recommend the Click Clack Hotel instead.

Nice hotel in a safe zone. Many options in restaurants. Clean, good mattress

Awesome property. Incredible rooftop bar and rooms

Very good design. Amazing breakfast.Nice room. Roof deck good. I didn’t like how in the restaurant in ground floorit was the smallest pour by the class for a wine for 60k Albariño. It was literally half a glass. Very minor but why?

Staff was exceptional. Hotel has great ambience as well. Pool is more decorative than functional, but still very nice.

the staff was great also the location of the hotel was convenient, but we booked a suite with Jacuzzi it was nit very clean. our room had small bugs crawling on the wall.

The demographic for this hotel seems to be young travellers/partiers who have graduated from hostels and can afford to stay in a nice hotel and are looking for a sexy, upscale place to hook up and party all night. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed the main floor restaurant and lounge quite a bit (except for the very slow and lazy/forgetful service). The architecture is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfy, and the front staff were very warm and friendly. However, 2 nights out if 3 we were unable to sleep more than 2 hours because of drunken people banging on our door, yelling, blasting music in the room next to us and generally being as loud as possible. The hotel staff did nothing to stop this, despite numerous phone calls in the middle of the night to the front desk. We were compensated $100 by the hotel, which was insufficient given the nightly cost if a room and listing 2 nights of sleep. If you are a family, or looking for a quiet, upscale hotel, look elsewhere. If you want to be seen and party all night in a cool venue, this is the place for you.

Perfect hotel to party like a star. In the center of the best clubs and restaurants in the Area. If you want to party 5 star this is the place! They need to improve the bathroom and the 24hr food service. Amazing gym facilities!

Outstanding staff, location and amenities. Worth the money.

Best locstion. Amazing rooms. No concierge service and we got wrong info about things we asked. Breakfast ok not more for this level of hotel. Amazing gym pool sushi rooftop.

The hotel and staff are excellent. My Spanish isn't great and they were very accommodating. In addition there was a driver that was amazing and he made the trip as great as it was. His name was Ramon Velasquez and if you need a safe driver, great knowledge of the area and speaks great English, hire him.

Great location and relaxing room however a bit loud

Outstanding! Worth the money for folks like us, especially if your Spanish isn't where it should be, They arranged everything for us and was very helpful. Big shout out to Ramon or driver and tour guide, he was the one that made the Flower Festival even more amazing.

This is a high-style, attractive hotel right on Parque Lleras in the heart of the nighttime action. It can be noisy outside especially on a weekend night but that didn't bother me. The room was very nice and the gym upstairs was one of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen. The service was mixed--the check in was pleasant but a little slow; the concierge was wonderful and I really appreciated her help; but the service in the restaurant at breakfast was not efficient at all--they got our orders wrong and it took a long time for no reason. I was annoyed that even though there were only a few guests in the restaurant and there were several staff people on duty, it was hard to get their attention because they were all talking to each other or playing with their cell phones. They didn't explain what the breakfast options were--there's a buffet but you can order some items for no additional cost.
