Although the hotel, at forst impression, looks great there are a lot of small flaws that surpressed ouidea about this hotel. Great view, matrass, room, bathroom etc but at breakfast you almost need to beg for a coffee. Breakfast was neither international nor local, its a mixture that made us eat the same things. Staff is friendly but misses a lot of deatils. Parking in front of the hotel was disastreus and we had many arguments, communication between security and management is definatey a problem here and you get promises promises but....only the last day of our 10 day stay this was solved... great as we were leaving. DId the hotel exite us: no, was it so good that we'd come back? may b in the future. As we were visting family we could consider but for next time we'd rather book something else.

We stay here every time we come home to Sumatra from Australia. Customer service excellent. Concierge services seconD to none always pleasant and always welcoming us with a smile and they always remember who we are.... special

my family stayed here for 4 days we often stayed in here because this is our favourite weekend gateaway hotel unfortunately... we received quite disappointing experience from bellboy in the lift as I know..Grand Swissbel is great hotel but the problem is that any floor can be reached without using keycard it means anybody can go to any floor without card we know this for a year and no problem with that until today when we spontaneously asked the bellboy in the lift about the nonfunctional keycard in the lift.. (actual conversation is in indonesia) Bellboy (BB): this problem is only happen in few days Me: but we already stay here for 3 days (which actually we notice this for a year) BB: ooo..this only for this month..last month key keycard is still in function for the lift Me: we often stay here...few months ago this also happen ( BB keep answering me) BB: (he reached his floor ) he went out and say bye to us thank you for the chance to share our experience but we will still comeback thank you

At first I tot 30% disc from Garuda boarding pass would be after online discount, but since I couldn't do online booking, I walked in to book, and the final price is slightly cheaper than the online one. Other than that, I need to wait quite long to check in. Fortunately the room is not bad, it's quite comfortable. The hotel links with Cambridge Mall and there are some food stalls around, such as Garuda Restaurant, Bika Ambon, Kopi Sidikalang and yummy Special Risoles Gogo.

We enjoy staying here for a relaxing night, the room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is great. The staffs are polite. Not so great soundproof. This hotel connected to cambridge mall, a plus point.

Basically Its a great Hotel because beside it there were Cambridge Mall and apartment. I stay with family book 3 rooms with 3 different bathroom condition for 4 days. Overall for business trip its great hotel recommended but family trip not really recommended. Breakfast a bit disappointing as they close the breakfast faster then the time and not letting people to take anymore.

Everything was on point. Thank you to the Front Office, House Keeping, and Operator while I was staying there. Really sorry, I forgot about all of your name. Good job & thank you for making my family trip unforgettable.

We booked a queen and a twin rooms. Upon check in, they told us it is not avail. Then after we told them that it was indicated in our booking, they finally gave us the rooms. The room amenities were poor, only one sets of bedroom slippers, no hand or face towels and have to request twice to get it right. The room aircon cannot be adjusted and will leave you freezing cold in the middle of the night! The worst nightmare was the lift as it took us 15 mins to get down for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is nothing to shout about. Though the spread was decent but not great. Will definitely be our last visit.

Strategic place, hotel is located beside mall, only one step to go to mall eventhough the mall is not as complete as you expect. Hotel has cozy rooms with ethnic interior design. Every month I come, always stay here.

I booked Superior Deluxe room and was given room no 1820. The check in process is good, the staff accomadated very well the process. They are polite and always smile. The welcome drink tasted good. Breakfast is also another point that should be credited. But what makes me quite disappointed is the room itself which is actually the core/basic of your business' pyramid. Cleanliness is the main issue here. The carpet is dusty, dirty and aged. The same condition also with the window's curtain. It looks aged and dirty, full of black stain. Stain are also found everywhere on the carpet. I stayed there with my wife and 16-month-old son who are very active playing on the floor. The dirty carpet may keep bacteria and mite which are harmful to our health especially children's health who like to have their activites on floor. I kept on sniffing the whole day after I entered the room since I have allergy to dust. It becomes very clear to me that the room's cleanliness is very poor. By the end, all of my plan to spend holiday weekend and swimming with my wife and son must be cancelled. I don't expect this level of room's quality a 5 star hotel could provide. I believe 3 star hotel might give the same room service. It made me quite disappointed with my stay since I have to cancel my plan. Last but not least, the lift's floor is very wet, it looks like flooded which I think the water came from those people who just finish swimming and directly enter the lift without drying themselves first. I believe it is very dangerous for toddler like my son or elderly people who may easily slip because of the wet floor
