This is an older property, but it has been kept up very well. Because it is older, the rooms are much larger than newer hotel rooms. Best of all: we received the best customer service over our 4-day stay than we've experienced in YEARS! The staff was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Would always choose this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express that is the only other option within 10 miles of this area.

It had the same problem many hotels have lately as far as no daily maid service unless requested. Like other hotels, you are paying more for the room and receiving less. At the time this hotel was approximately $45 cheaper than its comparable competition, Holiday Inn Express.

Franklin is a charming town, and the staff at this hotel quite service-oriented. It's a perfect jumping off point for things in the area.
Good clean room and facility. Basic no frills hotel with a pub / chow onsite, quiet rooms, clean, friendly staff. Easy walk to anything else you may need. Woild book again without hesitation.
DECENT hotel. the options in the area are very limited and this is the best choice north of the HWY.

Breakfast should be an occasion to talk with your family or friends and eat in peace. Anybody that wants to follow the news can use the TV in their room or the smartphone in their pocket. Why spoil the meal for everyone? Turn off the TV in the breakfast room, or better yet, take it down.

pleasantly surprised at friendliness of all staff. rooms were clean and the heat was turned on for my arrival! (nice touch on a cold snowy night) loved having a fridge and microwave. price was right.
