The hotel had did not have any information from Hotels .com. I was extremely inconvenienced, and had to book a room through a different process. I had an itinerary number from Hotels.com, but no reservation number. I am not sure what happened, but I am not happy about how this transpired. Jim

For being a little dated, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The Mexican restaurant is an added bonus! We would stay again!

Would not stay again. Check-in system is severely outdated. Used the "old school" roll-a-dex filing system for room reservations. Per usual reguest photo ID and credit card was required. The hotel makes a photo copy of your drivers license and credit card (including the #'s, expiration date, etc). Any person could literally take your info. We should have left then, but it was late and we were ready for a shower and to relax. Upon checkout asked if I could have the copies to destroy and was told no, they go into a box for an audit. Not sure if this person really knows or not since their name badge said "in training." There was no one else around to ask. Also, this was the same front desk person who was sleeping (keep reading for that info). Apperared to be random people hanging around outside and smoking pot. Not sure if they were guest or not. Also appeared that they must do long term rentals to people?? I am not sure but wanted to do 1 load of laundry at 9pm at night and there were multiple baskets of clothes and 2 people hanging out in the laundry room doing a weeks worth of laundry 1 load at a time. Took the elevator a few times and the elevator smelled heavily of pot and alcohol and so did the gentlemen getting off the elevator. Room was semi-outdated. Neighborhood, or in my opinion, the entire area was run down. In the morning the front desk attendant was sleeping in a chair (we have a pic to prove this). Wish I could upload a pic in my review.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Quality Inn in Franklin. It was very clean and quiet, and Karen at the front desk was amazing! It’s a bit dated, but very well kept and clean.

Convenient location, top notch service. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The manager was constantly around, making sure everything was great for everyone. Informed them that our refrigerator was not working and they had a new one in place and working within the hour.

Needs some updating

This is an aging hotel in serious need of renovations and updates. The staff were very friendly and helpful but can only do so much that does not make up for the condition of the facility. There aren't many other hotel options in the area either.
