Staff was terrific! Facility is in great condition and very clean. Woulddefinitely stay there again if in the area.
They cancelled our reservation before we arrived. Nowhere to stay
It isn't a luxury hotel. It's basic. But it was cheap and the folks were super nice. The room was decent and only a minor complaint that someone's leftovers were left in our mini fridge. Otherwise, it was swell! Beds were comfy and the room was clean.
Mold growing in the bathroom, grout was black from dirt, toilet not attached to the floor properly. Giant gap under the outside door, door pulled out of its hinges like some one tried to break in, that insects and probably even a mouse could get in. Seems like slapped on new stuff on top of the old stuff. Holes in the walls. Mirror holder on the door with no mirror. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. AC only did 50 degrees or 70 degrees. So much furniture the mirror was behind the frig/micro combo. We were in a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke and mold. Paid over $150 a night Sold out, I watched them turn people away. It is a $70 room. Arrived early, told me I could not check in until 2:30. At 2:20 I watched an older couple check in with no questions asked.
Was fine for 1 nite but wouldn’t want to stay longer then that. Took a freezing cold shower until 15 minutes later the water finally got warm. The heavy doors slammed throughout the nite as other guests left their room.
Nice hotel, with several restaurant choices. We had an early appointment at Meadville hospital, so this was a good choice to stay overnight
The room had a bit of a grimy feel. We were meet by smoke smell when we entered. Comforters were kinda used looking. Hotel staff was friendly but one girl really didn't know much.
My stay was very pleasant and staff was extremely friendly made me feel at home.
Very nice & clean room. Staff was very pleasant, polite & accommodating. Breakfast was very good with nice variety.
It was great! Was a little tight at the bed where the fridge & microwave were. Was in the area for a wedding so it was nice to have a place to stay!
My room and the lobbies/halls were all very clean and updated. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and friendly ! I wasn't there very long to use much of the amenities, but I did grab hot chocolate from the lobby on the way up to my room. If I need to stay in this area again, I will stay here. Also, the night we stayed was VERY SNOWY. They had the parking lot and walkways clear, and the lobby was NOT a wet, salty mess.
Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room smelled bad - like cigarette smoke & other things. The carpeting was peeling away from the floor, the lampshades were ripped & unsewn, the parking lot needed to be paved & with what looked like abandoned cars in it. The separate entrance in the back facing this sketchy parking lot felt unsafe & the door was damaged, allowing air & light in from the outside. I slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Ew!!!
Check in was quick and easy, the room was ready for us on time and was very clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed the waffles for breakfast, a nice change from toast.
It was very good and nice. The staff was very kind and friendly.
Great experience with the hotel room, amenities and location is right off of 79. Only issue was when I asked if my room was ready early they wouldn't entertain the idea so I could leave my bags while I attended my event.
We enjoyed the spacious room, the office staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was super.
Well the lobby was being redone so the shabby look can be excused and I was impressed when the front desk lady brought the luggage carrier out to me at my car when it came down from the 3rd floor. BIG PROBLEM.. the internet was a mess. When I called the front desk I was told oh yeah the manager said something about that. She said the manager would call me back and the manager never did. Additionally I asked the front desk to get me a cab and she said she didn't have the number and had me google it on my blackberry. Despite the mood of good service (which was present) the actions weren't even close.
