Everything was great

The staff was always professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean.

Love staying here! Great way to treat yourself if you’re having a busy visit to the DC/NOVA area!

Our family loved our stay at this property! It is a close drive to DC and other attractions in the area. The hotel is attached to the mall which has good dining options for families traveling with kids and is convenient to access. The indoor pool was a great way to finish the day after a day of sightseeing!

Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. It has made me want to check out more RC properties.

Good

We requested a crib & there was no crib so I had to call down. The crib was so small that my 1.5 year old was unable to use it. Then we went to get water from the minibar, we saw that a bottle had been opened. We were disturbed multiple times during our stay with little consideration by staff that we were traveling with a baby. First, they called during the time we were putting our child to bed around 730. The purpose of the call was to make sure we received our replacement water. Then, around 8pm or a little after, we hear knocking on the door. By this time we were exhausted from travelling and all already in bed. The first knock we got up and my husband put his shorts on and in that time the lady knocked even harder a 2nd time! Only to find out that she had some sort of ridiculous drink cart. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE to be disturbing hotel guests harassing them like this. I was LIVID because this woke our baby and for reference we had just gotten off an 11.5 hour flight from Italy. The bed was awfully soft and bouncy so I actually was not able to sleep comfortably. In the morning, we went down for breakfast. We requested a high chair and the one that was brought to us was FILTHY. My child accidentally knocked over our water glass and they were kind to move our table over to the next one so they could clean. A man came to clean while we were eating and the mop smelled AWFUL. Overall we were absolutely disgusted with the stay and would never return

I give my stay a four and a half stars. I WILL BE BACK. Great staff helpful staff concerned staff. Overall great place

Very comfortable experience. Hotel is very nice.

The hotel is what you expect of a ritz. The location is amazing but from dc but I need to stay at Tyson corner and close to Dulles so for me was wonderful. Friendly staff

Everything was lovely. Only complaint was that the restaurant and bar were not prepared for the Valentine’s Day crowd and the staff was pretty disheveled and disorganized, and they were understaffed.

This is my daughter's favorite hotel as they have little treats for the kids in the lobby and in the room.

Property was well appointed, clean and easy to access.

Rooms was ok , renovated recently. Pool and spa were not good. Clean but dated and noisy . Co-ed spa offered no privacy and “relaxation “ room was very small and not relaxing at all. Children in pool area were loud and amenities were very limited.
