The hotel feels classy and has a nice ambiance. But the beds in the rooms are TINY. They are full-size mattresses I think, or at most a double size. For a family of 4 it was a really tight squeeze. Never have I slept in such a small bed in a hotel. There was barely enough room for 2 adults - the beds were more suited for only one adult. Additionally, the pool was nice and large, but the chemicals were so strong that our eyes were stinging. Definitely some kind of chemical imbalance. The hotel had a nice feel to it and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean and modern. Nonetheless I would not stay there again unless they upgraded the beds to a queen size and monitored the pool maintenance more carefully.

good value for money

This hotel is declining in quality. it's not that clean; the room bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. the rooms are dark and not spotless. and we're considering not staying there in the future. the staff is nice but this hotel needs a big upgrade and the units need to be better cleaned. also,

Noneclean and nice hotel Great customer and staff services

The room we had which was one of their suites was quite roomy and had excellent lighting. The room appeared to have be cleaned very thoroughly. Service at this hotel was not great however. When asking the front desk if more towels could be sent to the room as I was on my way out the door for a meeting the person asked me to take them up to the room myself right then. When I said no I’m going to a meeting she then said she could take care of it.It just seemed kind of weird when you have housekeeping staff to ask a guest to carry towels up to the room from the front desk. Later that evening tried to order room service. They have dishes with both strawberries and whipped cream on the menu. However when asking to just order a bowl of strawberries and a bowl of whip cream they refused. Seems like it would be incredibly easy to make and I was willing to pay whatever they asked. But they were just simply not willing to make the effort.

The service was great and room looked nice but was a bit dirty

Very nice hotel! Very clean and friendly, helpful staff.

The ascetics of the lobby were really nice. I liked the open feel and the overall cleanliness of it.

The lobby bar, the room Service excelent. The Service check in and check out excelent.

The decor is nice, modern facility, the room view was bad, a wall... we did not eat there so I cannot comment
