We made a reservation for 3 children and 2 adults. Came to the lobby and they said they don’t have rooms for more than 4 ppl. Said it happens all the time with Expedia, hotels.com etc. The hotel has rooms for 4 max but the websites have it wrong. The receptionist was super nice. She wanted to make our experience better so she gave us a suit that had a king bed and a sofa bed. We had to sleep : 3 in the bed and 2 in the sofa. Not a great experience but I have to say the receptionist tried her best and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. It’s something that’s wrong in the hotels.com website. PLEASE CHANGE IT!!!
