This band new 7th floor Condo in "Sunset View Luxury Condos" Mazatlan offers unobstructed oceanfront views of the historical beach side and touristic beach side (oldest and largest Malecon beach). The views can also be admired from the inside of the condo. Sit on the balcony overlooking the pool, the ocean, the malecon activities, the night full of lights, exercise in the fully equipped oceanfront Gym, etc., or simply take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, lounge by the beach and enjoy the fresh sea fool at the beach talapas. Just imagine sitting on the balcony with the sound of the ocean waves splashing. Or even better, watching the full sunset from your your comfy balcony and/or living-dining room. Breathtaking!!!

Location!
This beautiful condo is in the middle, 1/2 way to golden zone and 1/2 way to centro, there’s lots of great restaurants, we enjoy walking, easy walk to Stone Island ferry, we walked to the lighthouse, there’s plenty of taxis, red trucks, and pulmonios, the pool is heated, jacuzzi was hot, nicely kept grounds, we appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, it’s literally two min walk to the beach, the bedroom is at the back which was quiet for sleeping, the Ac works great, the showers had plenty of pressure and hot water, wonderful views, we watched dolphins from our balcony, kitchen was well stocked,washer and dryer are convenient, Judy was easy to get ahold of, she answered any questions right away, we highly recommend this property, we look forward to coming back.
