Friendly helpful staff, clean room, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, nice central location for travel in many directions… Cons: -the black out curtains did not reach the windowsill so light crept in right at eye level in the morning. Also they did not overlap and we had to close them with a hair-clip. -No snack shop in the lobby- just vending machines that only take singles. The front desk kindly made change for us. -The saline pool smelled weird… -we booked another night and I called the front desk early in the morning to keep the same room, and they said it was ok, i checked-in online and all looked good, so we went back to sleep and then the front desk kept calling because it wasn’t going through on her end and said i had to come down… so i did and then showed her that it worked on my app and she said oh, ok then. Aargh

We never got past check in, but maybe that's a good thing. Expedia messed up our new card called One Key through Wells Fargo, but the lady at the front was super ugly and not understanding of our situation on the phone with expedia. BUT, the common area, the chairs were very dirty and not kept up at all.. very dirty and dusty everywhere in the foyer (while we waited over and hour with expedia to get things worked out).. she was actually very rude to me, about reserving with Expedia and not going through her at the desk.. I was trying to use my points. And they are not giving us the refund.. we did not stay!! Stay far away from this place!!! it's not the Hampton that you expect at all!!!

Hotel seemed clean, front desk was reasonably welcoming. Room was dated, but do-able. A/C unit was unbelievably loud - rattled all night. Nothing but a Perkins nearby for food - and it was pretty awful. So doubtful we’ll be back.

No one cleans your room unless you ask and we were there 4 nights. Had to ask for clean towels even though the sign in the bathroom says that the rooms will be serviced every other day. Breakfast was the same except for the protein. I liked that. The omlets are delicious. Coffee also always available and very good.

The woman who checked us in seemed unamused to do her job. No friendly but not rude. The bed looked like it was sat on or something but we just ignored it bc it was a long time driving. Bed was clean. Breakfast had premade frozen omelets and was looking for scrambled eggs. No sausage or bacon but keilbasa was ok. The door slammed hard everytime we left the room. Carpets were kinf od gross and amelled musty. Checking out, same woman seemed just as unamused. Overall for the price...you get what u get and we went on our way the next day
