i liked the fact it was close to to where i has to be and great food places

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of room. The price was reasonable. This stay was in the winter, so the price was lower than it is in the summer. The windows open and you can get fresh air. Location is outside of the increasingly congested downtown Milford, but very close. It is near Sarah Street, where you can bypass the busy Main Street.

the beds weren't the most comfortable but for the price it was perfectly fine for the night.

I have a soft spot for old fashioned motels, the kind where you park right in front of your door. This is just that kind of place. It was clean, the delicious smell of Indian food greeted me when the front desk young woman did, which for me is a plus, too. The room was clean, and it was a time-travel back to when beds had floral bedspreads...because ours did. It was winter...cold, and the room was cold when we arrived, so we cranked up the heater and got dinner. By the time we returned, it was toasty.

We were there for two night. This motel is in perfect location, everything close. Like dinner or cinema, bar or activity. Gorgeous pine tree around the motel. Very quiet. Room is very clean. Fireplace was a nice surprise for us. But why don't to have any coffee maker?

Looking for an overnight stay that takes you back to the era of neon signs (they have a nice one), friendly proprietors, shady lawns, chairs on the front porch and a clean, comfortable room? Also has modern touches like wireless internet & cable TV! For exercise walk down the street to the local diner for a great breakfast - other restaurants nearby. Most relaxing no-frills motel stay in years. We will be back!

We did not need any frills such as a pool or on site restaurant. For our purposes it was just right.

For weary bicyclists doing the McDade Recreation Trail, this was the perfect respite for the night before our return trip. There is seafood and ice cream across the street and the Milford Diner is a 15 minute walk. Who can ask for more?

I stayed twice in the past week and a half, and found the room with the flat screen TV and tub was a bit "fancier" than the one with just a shower an a big older TV. Granted, the tub was rigged so it didn't allow the tub to be filled, or perhaps it just didn't work. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The manager of this hotel is horrible. No customer care at all. Treat customer like animals. We never make it because the manager told me at 11;45pm we are currently closed we are sleeping I Dont need your money and my reservation was pay in full he refuse to give me a refund.

Overpriced with ambivalent staff, room was clean but smelly. Water system antiquated. Tiles off and cracked in the shower area, When taking a shower, water temp would go frequently from very cold to scalding hot. I paid $190 for two nights)two double beds)...very overpriced given location and facilities. I noticed Best Western and Holiday Inn nearby. Perhaps, they will improve room rates for tourists in the area. Coffee only available in the morning in a tiny lobby, no tea. I would not stay at Milford motel again under any circumstances. It should be priced closer to $50 per night.
