Hotels in Mason Hall

"There was no hot water in the hotel following a night out. I contacted the front desk after 2:00 a.m., but no assistance was available. I called again in the morning well before checkout, and a maintenance worker was sent. He inspected the issue, stated he would return, and never did. After another call to the front desk, they contacted a janitor who said he needed to obtain a part. Over an hour passed, and no one returned. We ultimately decided to check out. While the front desk acknowledged the repair issue, there was no recognition of the inconvenience caused to our stay or any effort made to address or remedy it. Room 38. "

"Fantastic place. Right on water with all rooms on/facing beach which is on small cove with jacks and boast as well as direct access to glass bottom boat rides (for hire) right across bay from Little Tobago and Goat Islands. Staff are really wonderful- from front desk to bar and restaurant to housekeeping and pool as beach maintenance. Food was great and it felt comfortable and like I was at home and not a hotel. A wonderful experience for my week stay."

"This is an overpriced “business” hotel on outskirts of city, located far from everything with staff that are unhappy, unfriendly and not helpful. The pool on roof is an oversized bathtub at best. Room was clean but window opened to a wall. There is no “ocean view” but you might be able to see the port in the far distance or at least the cruise ships from restaurant on top floor. No amenities to speak of and if you are a tourist, better to stay elsewhere. "
