Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience. I'm loathe to even leave this review, worried that everyone will keep this place booked and I'll never get another chance bc it's really that good. Excellent communication, super easy to extend my stay, great attention to detail, quiet, fabulous response time, awesome bed, on and on and on, just the BEST!! AND, I rolled into town sick, but still just absolutely loved my stay. I will be back :)

Rob responded quickly the few times i messaged. He let us know the outdoor lights were on a timer & asked if we needed different times. Very much appreciated. Very easy getting into the room & find things. Very nice room & bathroom. Main thing i appreciated was when i messaged after checking out. I had left my St Christopher necklace in the room. He was very kind to be there when we got back & bring me my necklace. Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful and relaxing property

Our grandsons (x2) graduated in Everett, WA and 1 in Moses Lake. Our stay at Robs was perfect, comfortable and very relaxing. Rob responded to my questions very quickly, luckily didn’t have many as this property is equipped very nicely. Small refrigerator/freezer, ice machine, coffee, and microwave. Very convenient location Safe parking We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Everett. Thank you Rob.

Perfect Little Place

The check-in process was very easy, the host is responsive and friendly, the room was nice and clean and welcoming, the bathroom features are high-tech, the covered deck is beautiful, and my favorite this is that it’s only a half mile from my daughter’s place so I will definitely be coming back!

They put a lot of thought into small amenities like a pen and paper by the bed and filtered water available, icemaker, iron & board, . Exceptionally clean and if you like a super soft foam mattress you'll be in heaven.

Very neat and clean. Comfy bed. No problems with hot water quantity or problem running hair dryer and heater. Wall heater warmed it up quickly in the cold weather we experienced. Owner provided clear info and instructions. Good storage that allowed me to unpack for the week. Would like 2 suitcase holders that allow suitcases to lie flat and paper or cloth towels to wipe up. But very good! Would recommend.

We were just stopping off for the night on our way south, but Rob was an amazing host. He was quick to respond to us and went way above an beyond with late requests. Note on Maryville: there is a train... It runs through town at night. :)

Excellent place to stay

All we would need for a short stay was provided. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. It's possible we'll be returning in the future, because my mom will be leaving just down the street from them in The Cottages soon. (Be sure to arrive while there's still light, because it's difficult to find in the dark :).
