I am being charged for $100, when I should be getting a $100 refund. My stay is completed, and the deposit not only has not been returned, but you are charging me more. Please look into this matter and get back to me - Thank You. This is a problem with the front desk. The maids were wonderful.

Ramp into room dangerous. step off side and twist ankle. Duct tape patchwork on floor. One little night stand next to king size bed with a little dollar-store lamp that was broken. Bare neon bulb over sink. Gummy substance on both bathroom counters. Closet space with no hanging rod so of course no hangers. Dirty light switch plate, half painted and cracked. Horrible patchwork around stained tub. Gross stove. Cracked sink. Best thing...it was clean.

No frills place. Location feels industrial Restaurant nearby is not open but a few within walking distance. I was disappointed they wanted to charge for 1 hour early check in. Breakfast buffet was good including scrambled eggs and usually some meat. More veges would be good
