Never was able to stay due to the boarder being closed. Could not contact to cancel in any way. What more can I say. Very disappointed that businesses took advantage of consumers in a time like this.

The breakfast staff was kind and extra helpful, as was the front desk staff. The room was beautifully tidy. We are grateful for the service.

workers were working outside which seemed early. But it was kind of disturbing for awhile. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Room was comfortable. I did not like kitchenette ht and ceiling light unable to turn off/on without the other. Also had problem with tv which maintenance fixed.

This hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The rooms are large, heat/AC worked well, you have a frig and microwave, comfy bed and nice shower. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Breakfast is pretty basic but plentiful. Good location close to I 5, plenty of parking. Not luxurious but pleasant.

The hotel is a bit worn and one of the elevators did not go up to the 3rd floor. Overall the staff was nice and the accommodations were good for the price. I did not use the pool or spa but they looked clean and inviting. The heater/ac unit worked well and so did the refrigerator and coffee machine. The location was very easy to find and right off of Interstate 5.

We arrived early, hotel staff worked hard to allow us early check in, nice people and very nice area. If you are staying in Everett or nearby, this is your best bet.

First room the mattresses were old, cheap and worn out. Tried a second room, the mattress was just as bad AND the HVAC didn't work. We also had a drink or the window "singing" and one across the hall cussing a blue streak. Booked through 3rd party as no cancelation allowed but based on the room problems the desk clerk okayed it. The problem then started with him doing his level best to ignore the phone and making me wait. This is after I stepped away from reception so others didn't hear my complaints. Do not stay here

Nice hotel, convenient, and a great breakfast and nice pool

Front desk employee at check in was accommodating. Great breakfast. Nice room. Sleeper sofa looked to be tired as did the carpet. Room was not a $100.00 room.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

I don't know what it is these days but the last two stays at a hotel were interrupted by cleaning staff knocking one knock and then they try to open the door? Guess it's time to start using the Do Not Disturb sign on the door knob.

The hotel is outdate it had an old smell to it. The staff was friendly the room was just alright over all the hotel was just ok. The breakfast was good.

I had reserved 2 queen beds, but my friend ended up not going with me. So I offered to take a room with only one bed if they wanted to give someone else my room with two beds. They traded me room with 1 queen bed and a full kitchen dinette area. It had two burners, an apartment size fridge (not office/dorm size), a regular kitchen sink and cupboards with dishes/pots/pans. I was on the top floor next to the elevator, but it was quiet, and I was left undisturbed. There was a leak in the toilet water shut off pipe, but I called the maintenance guy, who came quickly, and he said they had just done a bunch of renovations and they must not have tightened it all the way. He apologized, and quickly fixed the problem so I could get some rest. I have very EXTREAM food allergies, so having a kitchen area was AWESOME!!!!

This was the third time in 12 months that I stayed at a Best Western. I know they have 3 levels of hotels. The first experience was at the top end and was lovely. The second experience was at a moderate to low end and I could hear the people walking in the room above me. This third experience seemed to be in a moderate hotel, but, again, we heard every foot step of the person above us ... and they walked all night long. Best Western needs to do a better job of sound-proofing their rooms !

Motel room was very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that even though our rooms window was facing the pool at ground level, we were not disturbed by any noise. Kudos to Best Western for seeing the room was noise protected. Breakfast was good, staff friendly and room well kept. We had a very pleasant stay.

This property is older with a few updates. Room is clean with heat and cooling unit inside each room. Bath tube is the original so it may look old but the room is clean and it was quite. A good stop over and the breakfast was good and attended to even pass the time. Staff kept it filled so that was nice as people arrived 5 minutes before it closed.
