The ladies that worked night shift was very nice and pleasant, however the management team doesn’t give the associates any kind of authority to solve problems that arise doing the stay. At this point, I feel scammed. I was checked into a dirty room after midnight this morning; bloody towel left on sink, toilet that was not flushed that was full of urine and feces, and tub that was dirty along with a balled up tub mat. I was told that since I booked for one night that I would have to pay for another room to move and do the basic needs of staying inside of a hotel. A representative from Expedia was very nice, pleasant and supportive, unfortunately he faced the same stalemate with the front desk staff that I had. I wasn’t able to send pictures through that chat because file was too large.
