I love how clean this hotel was, the room, the bathroom (spotless), the hallways, the elevators, everything was so clean, I LOVED it!!
Room was dirty when we got there and there was no parking outside the hotel due to a event. The room was very well insulated at least so you didn't hear I5 next to you or other people.
Noone answered front desk or room service. Everytime i tried to order food during posted open hours for the kitchen- the stove broke or they were too understaffed. The hot tub stunk like mold whenever the jets came on, the internet on the tv kept going out, somone kept trying to open our door. Ice machine was great, ac worked. Was told i was get a bereavement discount and never did.

The hotel was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and quiet. The only drawback, due to Covid was no restaurant except room service.
Spacious rooms. Would have like a coffee/tea vendor in the lobby.
The air conditioner unit is too close to bad, it makes too noise.

This room was super nice. Beds were comfy. We stayed on the top floor with an executive room. This gave us access to a 24hr pantry with complimentary snacks and food. Kids loved that feature. Only negative was our room was around the corner from elevator so every time the elevator went up or down you could hear it. Would stay there again though.

Unfortunately since you booked through a third party the hotel doesn't have any options of giving any discounts. We are so sorry about the inconveniences during your stay.
