Walmart grade furniture. The bed was only a standard size not even a queen size. The bed frame was broken when we checked in but again it was a very cheap bed frame. The two portable air conditioners could not keep the temp cool enough to stay in the house. We had to sit outside in the shade. The driveway was tough to maneuver in a full size truck. The cold plung pool was actually a cabinet freezer and was recommend to unplug it before you got in. I am not sure way you had to unplug it /electicution maybe. The barbecue needs to be cleaned I don't think that has ever happened. The deck is very nice. The hot tub only stopped working once. Better air conditioning and more comfortable furniture would help improve this place. One final thought and probably the most important is there is absolutely no place to put your clothes. No dressers just a small closet with 3 hangersWe were never able to unpack, we had to keep our suitcases on the floor.
