We stayed here because of an appointment at the clinic. The room was clean, quiet, and located only 5 minute from the clinic. Front desk was very helpful and courteous. Parking is convenient, and on the property. There are special rate for clinic patients.
We came to Marshfield to visit family. We invited them to swim but the front desk wouldn't let them. We were the only people in the pool. We won't be back. Plus the bathroom floor was dirty and the breakfast was limited.
Not a fancy place to stay. I it was clean (although my bathroom had a musty smell) and the room was quite large. While it has a flat screen, it didn't have modern power connections for phones yet, but no big deal. Just stayed one night. I'd recommend for the price.
Thank you to the friendly staff at Quality Inn. From Mike to the cleaning staff & the late night desk gal (Saturday night - I'm sorry I don't have your name). You all made our family stay very nice. Friendly team from welcoming to departure, clean hotel, nice pool the kids LOVED! The continental breakfast - very tasty & even during a very busy rush - we all ate well & found seats to visit. We filled 7 rooms & each room found clean & comfortable. Thank you - we will be back!!
We were met with open arms and smiles. Mike and Leita helped us out when we didn't have a room. They also worked at moving people around so we didn't have to room hop. We have stayed at Quality Inn ever since. They have nice clean rooms and the rest of the hotel is spotless. Continental breakfast is hot and tasty. This time with our stay Lisa and Leita took very good care of us. Again a great stay. Mike and his staff are doing a great job. Quality Inn Marshfield is our only place to stay.
We enjoyed our stay here; the area was fine and the rooms were very nice. The prices were very affordable for business or family travel. They offered great service; a complimentary breakfast, NEW Wi-Fi that is fast and dependable. Very important. They also had an indoor pool.
We were in town to help my Mom celebrate a birthday. Accompanied by my wife and her mother. We have stayed at this Quality Inn numerous times for other family get together's and have always enjoyed our stay there. This stay required 2 rooms, one Accessable and requested that they be close together. No problems with the reservations and we were just across the hall from each other. The hot breakfast was very good and really appreciated not having to thaw out the butter to spread it on toast or waffles. All of the Staff are very friendly and helpful. I know we will be back again in the future.
I needed a room on short notice due to the death of a friend and was attending the funeral. Marshfield Quality Inn was the perfect choice. When I checked in Lita was a friendly and conscientious host. She gave me instructions for all of the hotel amenities as well as for local shopping and directions. The general manager, Mike, was also helpful, taking care of any needs that I might have had. Do not hesitate to use Quality Inn in Marshfield as your first choice in hotels; they set the standard for quality, excellence, and customer service!!! Thank you.
I recently spent two nights at the Quality Inn in Marshfield, WI.(WI400) I have to admit that I have never been treated so poorly at any hotel in my entire 30 year career in sales. I travel an average of 26 weeks a year and spend 3-4 nights a week in hotels. I have never left a bad review for any hotel until now. I was so angered by the way we were treated that I had to say something. We were forced to sign agreements about petty little things that are typically common sense. (no food or alcohol in the pool area, no noise after 10:00 PM, etc.) Seriously?! My kids were sitting in the breakfast area at an adjoining table talking while I finished eating. They were asked to leave by the front desk manager to make room for other people to eat. I would have agreed with this request but there were plenty of other tables open for other guests. I told the kids to return to our room while I finished. This man obviously has a problem with children. There is a popcorn machine in the lobby. I asked if I could make some popcorn and was told no by the front desk. They stated that popcorn got into their pool so it was no longer allowed in the hotel. Felt like we were being punished for pasts guests offenses. The bright spot of the stay was the lady working the breakfast area. She was really on the ball and made sure that everything was available. My compliments to her. If only the rest of the staff had her work ethic. Like I stated before, I’ve never felt so unwelcome or unwanted as a guest in my entire 30 year career. We were treated like an extreme inconvenience, especially by the gentleman at the front desk. He must be the owner because any employee with that unfriendly of a disposition would be fired by any decent hotel owner. And, it started from the moment we walked in the door.
We we're very disappointed in our stay here as a team. We we're here for Small Town State Tournament this weekend and this was the only hotel available. Now I know why! They apparently don't like sports teams here. When we booked and arrived we all received lectures of their long list of rules. We had to sign a contract of the rules. We also had the same experience as Timothy with the breakfast. They start breaking down the breakfast at five minutes to 9 am and don't let you sit in the room after 9 am. It makes you feel very uncomfortable. Our baseball boy's we're very well behaved and we received multiple compliments from the housekeeping and guests how polite and well behaved the boys were. So there was know need for them to treat us like this. We will not be back and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
