Room still had old food in refrigerator, not sure if left by a guest or staff. Breakfast was lacking and equipment was not fully functional. Rooms closet didn’t have a bar or hangers which made it difficult for hanging clothes. Iron didn’t heat up well.

Front desk lady was nice but there’s a lot of hidden fees that aren’t listed like pet fees which I was charged a few times for. Our room was also dirty and lots of broken things like closet door and multiple things in the bathroom. The tv also did not work properly.

Bed was comfortable. I like the dispensers in the shower. Air conditioner worked great! There needs to be a grab bar in the shower. I forgot my shower shoes so I was concerned about slipping in the shower because I felt the shower floor could be slippery. Oh my, high toilet is needed! The toilet was child size, not appropriate.

The hotel was beyond dirty. Hair clumps in the pool, stains on the sheets and the general upkeep just isn’t there. A window in the pool area was shattered, our room window had a huge crack and the side (keycard only) entrance was always propped open and unable to close. I would recommend finding somewhere else in the area.

The property was convenient for our stay. Our room had a shade that wouldn't close all the way and a shower that didn't drain. They did move us to a different room, however, the room they did move us into had a dirty wash cloth left in the bathtub and a dirty/stained bed cover. Gave up complaining so didn't report those issues. I figured if they didn't make sure that the room they were moving us to was in really good shape after the first one that it wasn't worth complaining to the staff. TV's were very blurry. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Check in was fine, nice people at the desk. The room was very disappointing. It was old, not maintained well and dirty. The complimentary breakfast was lackluster with cold eggs.

The place is old and poorly maintained. I got a jacuzzi room but wouldn’t use it because it was gross. Won’t stay here again. Mold in the pool room furniture was falling apart and deck boards curled. Unsafe and well just gross.

Property is old unkept and falling apart. The jacuzzi room we had booked was a joke. It was so disgusting that we never used it. The AC unit was loud and barely worked. I cleaned the filters on it just so we could use it. Blankets had stains on them. The pool was freezing with mold growing in the pool room. Breakfast was very limited. Mostly microwaved egg rounds and feeezer biscuits with canned gravy. Staff was a family with no professional anything in sight. Had their reunion/ daycare in the lobby No elevator. WiFi is the equivalent of dialup. Would never stay here again. I’m surprised they aren’t shut down for safety reasons or loose the franchise name.
