All Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean. Overall very satisfied with the room. The pool also seemed well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! On the down side, it was disappointing to see that there were NO bags in the garbage cans. Eco Friendly is one thing, but what about SANITATION Friendly for your guests and staff! That's just GROSS! Luckily we had a few plastic shopping bags that we could use as liners. Also guests should be offered printed room info-not everyone has a cell phone to access that important info! Thank you for reading! :)k

This is a very nice hotel. It was quiet and you didn’t hear anything from the hall. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast at the restaurant is always good. Only issue is that they don’t have an elevator and I heard a few people complaining about that. It would have been nice but walking the steps didn’t hurt either.

IT IS A VERY NICE HOTEL I WAS UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO GET A ROOM BY THE POOL AND I SMELLED CHORINE ALL NIGHT. THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE ROOM ABOVE ME AND IT WAS DRIPPING ON ME AS I SHOWERED. GOOD THING IT WAS CLEANEN WATER.

We’ve stayed here several times and have never had a problem. Was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came in and freshened up the room after our first night. My only complaint this time was the hot tub was luke warm bath water and there was a forgotten dirty towel under our bathroom sink when we checked in.
