Insalubre;aucune hygiene .oreillers tres sals; canapé en tissu tout taché d 'auréoles;placards de rangement completement encombré de vieilles couvertures humides et moisies. l odeur etait insoutenable. Nous avions deux gros rats qui avaient leurs nids dans le petit jardin.Nous avions des problemes pour manger dehors. La cafetiere etait cassée et aucune poubelle. Bref un véritable SQUAT.

Un choc

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement, à l’arrivé nous avons senti une forte odeur d’humidité et de poubelles qui est restée tout au long du séjour. Le quartier était horrible, très mal fréquenté, impossible de sortir seule. Nous avons dû prendre des uber tout le temps pour nous sentir en sécurité. L’appartement n’était pas très propre, nous avons eu la compagnie d’un rat pendant 3 jours qu’on a fini par retrouver mort au milieu du jardin. Nous avons aussi fait la rencontre d’une énorme blatte. Il n’y a pas de poubelle dans l’appartement, ni de rangements pour les vêtements. En bref, un séjour angoissant stressant et bordélique pour 4 jeunes filles venues passé du bon temps.

Retour sur notre séjour

Malgré un accueil agréable, nous avons été déçues par l’appartement. En effet, il était sale à notre arrivée (pourtant des frais de ménage ont été réglés...) : crasse, poussière, toiles d’araignées, taches sur le canapé. Bien qu’il soit précisé dans l’annonce que les draps sont fournis, ce n’était pas le cas : seul un drap poussiéreux était installé. Une odeur de renfermé et d’humidité est constamment présente malgré une aération quotidienne. Contrairement aux photos, l’appartement n’est pas lumineux et, qui plus est, les possibilités de s’éclairer sont moindres (lampes de chevet). La jardin est mignon mais attendez vous à devoir le partager avec les rats à la tombée de la nuit (d’ailleurs l’un d’entre eux a décidé de mourir sous notre fenêtre ce qui a engendré une douce odeur de décomposition). Quartier proche de la gare mais assez insécuritaire. Pour conclure, un avis assez négatif et un rapport qualité-prix qui laisse à désirer.
