French Gem

The location is fantastic! The apartment offers everything you need for a stay to be mostly comfortable. I would recommend bringing your own adapters for outlets and a speaker if you want to play music. Valerie, the hostess, os super nice and responds right away to messages. The views from the windows are perfectly quaint and enjoyable day and night. This little spot is perfect for 1 or 2 people, but not more.

The appartement is in a historicaly interesting building, and has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. There is no elevator, and it is on the 5th floor, so you have to be in shape. We were happy to stay there. We used the Charles the Gaule parking nearby, and this proved to be safe and clean.

Vintage ist das schon lange nicht mehr

Die sehr gut gemachte Werbungsseite entspricht leider nicht der Realität. Wir haben die Wohnung nach einer Nacht wieder verlassen. Besonders die Küche entspricht nicht der Werbung! Die Matratze im Bett ist total durchgelegen. 2 von drei Fernbedienungen (ausgerechnet die der Klimaanlage) hatten verbrauchte Batterien. Zwei Erinnerungskarten des Wasserwerks im Türspalt zeigen, dass schon lange Niemand nach der Wohnung geschaut hat.

Die kleinen Abstriche bei "Sauberkeit", "Lage" und "Genauigkeit des Inserats" sind bestimmt subjektiv: Die Wohnung war sauber, an einigen Stellen aber Staub. Die Lage ist hervorragend - 5.Stock, sehr günstig gelegen für fußläufige Ausflüge und für den Eintritt ins Restaurantleben - aber da liegt auch der von uns so empfundene Nachteil, dass bei geöffnetem Fenster eine ständige Geräuschkulisse zu vernehmen ist (keine Musik, keine Motoren, aber die Summe der Unterhaltungen). Das Foto von außen ist daher etwas irreführend, denn zumindest im Sommer ist der an sich schöne Platz mit Brunnen vor dem Haus ausschließlich mit Außengastronomie belegt. Insgesamt gesehen haben wir uns aber in dieser Woche sehr "zu Hause" gefühlt - und die Kommunikation mit Valerie war unkompliziert.

Quiet apartment in the heart of the action.

I had a wonderful stay at Val's apartment. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. The apartment is a nice quiet respite from the excitement of the city below. Walking distance to the central cultural hub of Marseille. For anyone not from France, know that the shower is the epitome of a small French shower.

Beau séjour

Excellente emplacement pour connaître Marseille. profiter de sa vie culturelle et de ses alentours magnifiques, dont les paysages magnifiques des calanques. Valérie a un très bon accueil, et est très réactive, elle connait bien la ville et son histoire. L'appartement est très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Idealer Standort in Marseille

Die Wohnung ganz in der Nähe am alten Hafen, die mit der Metro vom Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen ist, war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte schnell und problemlos. Von der lebhaften Umgebung mit Restaurants bekommt man in der im obersten Stockwerk gelegenen Wohnung wenig mit. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Marseille.

Séjour dans le vieux port de Marseille

Agréable séjour dans un appartement charmant, bien équipé et situé dans un endroit stratégique entouré de bars et de restaurants. Curiosités à voir à Marseille facilement accessible (métro, bus...). Dommage que la météo n'ait pas été de la partie. Peut-être une bonne raison de revenir.
