J’ai payé ma chambre via hôtel.com, arrivée devant l’hôtel ma chambre était prise, je n’ai pas été remboursé. Ni par hôtel.com, ni par l’hôtel, j’ai dû à mes frais trouver dans l’urgence un autre hôtel!

J'ai réservé sur hôtel.com et j'ai appris par l'hôtel que ma réservation était inexistante car ils ne travaillaient plus avec hôtel.com .Ils n'étaient donc pas à jour ce qui est une faute grave et préjudiciable et préjudiciable d'un point de vue pénal (tout hôtel est censé être à jour par rapport aux annonces )

Insalubre À l arrivée pas de réservation à notre nom malgré la réservation effectuée le jeudi 24 avril pour 3 chambres !!! Obligé de trouver un hôtel à 1h du matin à 50 min de Marseille J exige un remboursement car le prélèvement a été effectué pour 3 chambres alors que nous n avons même pas dormi à l hôtel
