The hotel is based in a pretty rough part of town but 5 minutes down the road it gets a lot nicer. It’s close to the station but an up hill walk. The apartment was alright. Basic but have all needs. Kitchen has everything you could have wanted. Bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely rude and non welcoming. Couldn’t care less about you. Didn’t say hello as you walked in or anything. When we checked in it was just here’s ur key here’s a map. Get on with it. Found ants in our room as we was tidying to leave and the receptionist didn’t care

I have just returned from a trip to Marseille, and for the length of time I was there it was a good price and perfectly adequate. Pro's: - Convenient local for Station - Kitchenette is well equipped - On site shop - We were allowed to check in early Con's: - Staff, don't expect a warm greeting. They were a bit frosty. - Area surrounding hotel is very sketchy, 5 minutes walk and its ok but immediate area is not good, we did not have any problems. - Poor lighting in bathroom area. - Although it is a central location its not near the port, or old town, its a fair walk. Overall a good stay, would not return to this hotel but its definately good value for money.

Both rooms were a decent size and had well equipped kitchenettes. There was no noise from the street and it was great to be able to use the laundry. We arrived early and they stored our luggage in a locked room. A perfect stay, wish Europe had more apartment hotels like this one. Wifi signs you out which is slightly annoying.

Appartaments are nice and spacious with good size bedroom and living room. Both llare equipped with TVs. Small kitchen has everything ypu may need for few days. The bonus of this place is location it close to the station and close to the most of attrations port is with 10 minutes walking. The tip is to ask for the appartment on the last floor this will give you beautiful view of Marseille and if the weather is good you can watch sunset from here. The only down point for me was bathroom as it was not spotless clean and it looked like cleaner missed few points. Otherwise if you dont want to break the bank this is perfect option.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, modern and in a great location by the Porte d'Aix. Walking distance to the main station and Vieux Port. It was a great price (under £50 per night) and the staff were friendly and bilingual. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for budget accommodation.

We booked this appart hotel to enjoy Marseille for an evening before going on travelling and wished we had stayed for longer. The hotel and staff were exceptional and very welcoming. This is the perfect base from which to explore the wonderful city of Marseille. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and beds comfortable. All the basics you could need were provided and the little ktichen was perfect for our needs. Yes we would recommend.

We decided on a late summer break to Marseille as we guessed the weather would still be good in late September which it was, even managed a dip in the sea. We took the shuttle bus from the airport to the main train station in Marseille, 8 euros one way, very easy and quick. Our hotel being a five minute walk from the station. The hotel itself is modern, clean and welcoming. Its not located in the best part of town but it was ideal for a weekend as the port is a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was fine if a bit sparse but there isn't many other places near by anyway. The room was clean and had a small kitchen which was handy. Free wifi although you will have to log in each time you come back to the hotel. We went on the free walking tour on Saturday morning which I would recommend.

As mentioned by others who have reviewed this property, it is convenient to the port area. Room was functional, clean and comfortable. I stayed for a week in September. On the second day of my stay I went to the front desk to ask for more of the complimentary decaf coffee packets which were placed in the room. I was told this was just part of a welcome package and if I wanted any additional I could purchase them. There was one bar of soap in the room. I am not a shower gel person so my soap was used for bathing and hand washing. I asked for another bar at the same time I asked for the coffee and was told that this also could be purchased. This hotel I feel is trying to be more like a time share. There are notices of resident obligations to clean room, eliminate garbage, keep utensils organized and clean, failure to do so could result in additional charges. All in all a good stay, staff was pleasant but I think they could be a little more liberal with amenities including toilet paper When the room has no facial tissue one must use toilet paper to have to go to front desk because there is only one roll to the room was disheartening.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in August'17. The hotel is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped (even with wine glasses & dishwasher), the bed is comfortable. Location is nearby the station which was handy for us. We found the neighborhood a bit sketchy but still didn't have any bad experience. It was fully booked throughout our stay, so better reserve beforehand. The balcony was cute but very dusty, the receptionist said she would tell the housekeeper but later on she said that she forgot. I didn't quite mind as we stayed in and used A/C instead. A/C was working quite well. Marseille was too hot at that week so the hotel was like heaven. Overall a pleasant stay..

We stayed for one night at this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious with a good bed. The hotel is not far from the port of Marseille (10-15 minutes on foot), but getting there in the night is spooky.. We park our car in the garage of the hotel for 10 euros but parking the car was quiet an expierence!! (as every parking space is like a big closet, with door and key)..
