Hotel was in a convenient area for us. Close to the train station, and areas we had in mind for visiting. Refreshing water was in a jug at reception for when you arrived. Would stay again

Excellent location 8 minute walk from Marseille St Charles station arriving from Lyon, also 8 minutes to the old harbour Vieux Port busiest place with all the sights and restaurants around. Tram stop just in front on the line to Palais Longchamp. Whereas you can take the airport shuttle from St Charles, taxi cost us €90! Good clean comfortable room with minibar and electric kettle but no bottled water provided. Friendly courteous and helpful staff, Julia and others. Didn’t manage on our last day to get a late lunch just after 2 as their restaurant Capucin also open to the street had closed. Will stay again.

We had a very bad Experience while Staying in Hotel Mercure. On our second day After we checked in, over $1200 of our money vanished from the hotel room safe. we have no Idea how that happened but was a very stressful experience. Ofcours it was very hard to prove that however we reported that case to local police. Hotel Management and staff were not that much of a help.

Nice hotel

My room was a nice size as I had chosen a corner room so I had lots of light. The bathroom was nice as well. The items in the fridge are free so it was nice to have a juice. The breakfast was well done with plenty of options and fresh cut fruit. The area is good for being able to see the sights but very busy and into the late night. I could not hear in my room.

I had the best experience with the staff. They were super friendly and polite. no matter how often you asked them something they would pause whatever job they were doing on the Pc and they would stand up and talk to you and tried to help. That what mattered to me more. The Breakfast options were birilliant. I was staying in many 4star hotels in France, No of them offeres this breakfast

Within easy walking distance of Vieux Port and most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself has all the essentials. My boyfriend and I stayed here during Christmas and New Year's, so adding breakfast to the reservation came in handy especially when other places were closed. We had one minor issue when our key card wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful with letting us into our room when we needed it and trying to get the issue fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!

Un séjour exceptionnel !

Je viens de passer quelques jours en couple dans cet hôtel et je suis ravi de l’expérience. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel attentif et professionnel surtout monsieur adrian, un très gentil bonhomme La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien aménagée, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mettant en avant des produits frais et locaux. L’emplacement est parfait, proche du centre ville , ce qui rend les déplacements très pratiques. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Marseille et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !
