Good location. Room was fine - a little small and the bathroom / toilet layout was a bit weird. Communal areas were very chic and clean. Although the staff were friendly, the service is not 5 star. We were charged for overnight parking without warning and had to request cups for our room, which led to a delivery of tea and coffee with a cost of 17 euros!!The spa area in the basement was very dark and we felt a bit like we'd walked into a swingers conference...

Very well located, close to the old port, center and shopping areas. Very clean. Nice spa. Excellent service! Especially Romain who went out of his way to look after us.We had a lovely stay, will come back again :)

Room was great... location was great... there were just not enough staff to deliver a 5 star service. For example, too often the bar was not stationed; and then if you asked; they'd call someone to serve you; but it felt like everyone had two jobs. Or tables would go uncleared at breakfast or the outdoor space for hours; this took the shine off the place, or having no member of staff in the spa. Don't get me wrong, I'd recommend the hotel; and probably stay again, but don't go expecting 5 star service or great value.

We were very impressed with this hotel from the moment we checked in. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and quality of the bed, pillows, toiletries, etc. The cleaning staff should be commended as they do an excellent job of keeping the room spotlessly clean, well stocked (including the mini-bar with free water and pop) and always looking like it is ready for a photo session. It wasn't big but it wasn't small either compared to the other hotels in the area. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk away from the old port ... very convenient without being overwhelmed by all the hustle and bustle of the port area. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet which was of good quality although a bit pricey. The hotel also had a pool and a spa although we did not get the chance to use either. There were plenty of dining places within 5 minutes walk all around. Overall, we were very glad we stayed at this hotel. If we ever come back to Marseille, this would be our #1 choice.

Near the port but secluded this converted mansion home offers a restful spot with all the amenities The rooms are quiet and modern . Staff very accommodating and helpful. A definite repeat for business or pleasure

Very cute boutique hotel in the centre of Marseille. We drove to the hotel from the train station and found it very difficult to navigate to the hotel itself-the car entrance is virtually unmarked on a winding side street. Service was friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious, appointed with modern amenities, and we adored the view of the water and rooftops.

My husband and I stayed here for two-nights. We took a taxi from the train station. It was about a 10 minute ride. We walked into the lovely garden oasis to the front desk. You wouldn’t even know you were in the busy city of Marseille. The staff was so friendly and provided us a map of Marseille and some recommendations of places to go see and how best to get there. They had fruit infused water and meringues to enjoy at check in. Once checked in the lady at the front desk escorted us to our room. Our room was so beautiful, modern, and spacious! It was on the 3rd floor. We had two large windows that opened up to our nice sized balcony. We had a lovely view of the Notre Dam Cathedral. The bathroom was a beautiful walk-through bathroom - toilette room was separate. The toiletries were all Hermes. Very top notch! We were able to make use of the Turkish spa two times. It was private and relaxing. We also enjoyed some drinks at the bar. I had a couple champagne cocktails and a glass of champagne. One of the nights we had drinks on the patio, they set out some complimentary appetizers for those who order alcoholic drinks. I thought that was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning. It is pricey but there is so much food and so much selection! They even had bottled fresh pressed juices and homemade apple sauce. It was unfortunate that we could only do breakfast once during our stay. The hotel staff was always so friendly and helpful. They created a list of restaurant recommendations for us and called to make reservations. They also followed up with us to see how our dinners went. The lobby and stair area is just gorgeous. Decorated with beautiful chandeliers. Everything about this boutique hotel was top notch. I would love to come stay here again!

This hotel is the best! Very close to the 'vieux port', great staff (Julien, merci pour le bon acceuil), great setting, wonderful bar lady who makes a mean cocktail! We booked via Hotel Tonight and when we arrived, they gave us an upgrade! A spacious wonderful beautiful room with a fantastic bathroom (that shower was amazing) We will be back!!!

We had no expectations about Marseile and were delighted with what we found thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Concierge Romain. The hotel is lovely and rooms wonderful, modern, affordable. We wanted to live there! Romain went out of his way to help us with arrangement for days after we left the hotel which we could never have done without him. Perfect way to spend time in this great city

We only spent one night at the end of our Provence vacation at this hotel, but would happily have spent more. Intimate, quiet, chic and modernist in design, it is a great little boutique hotel, with terrific service and a location that's close to the action at the harbor but just far enough outside of it to feel like a quiet refuge. Definitely a great pick if your travels are taking you to Marseille. They also have a nice spa on the lower level of which we did not partake because our stay was limited. The only thing missing here is a restaurant (they do offer a basic breakfast for an extra charge), but there are probably hundreds of them within walking distance and we enjoyed their lovely bar for pre-dinner cocktails.
