AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you want to ruin your trip to Marrakech, this is the place to book. We reserved this riad for three nights but left after just one due to serious issues. The property is poorly maintained and looks nothing like the photos advertised for this so-called 4-star riad. There is no proper reception or 24/7 access. We were left waiting over 30 minutes at 7:00 pm in a dead-end street, and the door was eventually opened by a neighbor, not staff. The room was freezing, the AC didn't work, and the small portable heater provided was useless. There was also no hot water in the room. On top of that, the in-room safe didn’t work, and staff provided a portable safety box, which defeats the purpose. When we raised these issues, the staff dismissed our concerns, and none were resolved. This riad is far below any 4-star standard and absolutely not worth the price paid.
