This is smaller Quality Inn. The rooms have everything but are not large. The bed and pillows are comfortable. They include breakfast but the eating area is small. This is in a town of 12,000 people on the Michigan border.
We stayed here because another booking site said it was in Door County, it is not, so that was a disappointment. However the customer service of this staff was wonderful, they let us cancel the second night so we could go to Door County, upgraded our room, and were by far the most friendly hotel staff I have dealt with in a long time! There is a train that runs near the place so it was a little louder than I would have liked, but the rooms were clean the breakfast was awesome, and I would recommend if you are going to Marinette County
This hotel is a good place to stay in this quaint small city in northern Wisconsin. Check in is fast and friendly, the room was quiet and clean. The bathroom had the amenities of Choice Hotels, and breakfast was slightly less than I anticipated. I imagine that because the hotel was not busy, some items (orange and cranberry juices) looked not fresh. Check out was quick. Parking is plentiful and the area seems safe. I would stay there again if coming to town. The best of the hotel is the staff.
I was here for one night and the front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and polite. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy as were the pillows and bedding. Thank you for a lovely stay...I'll be back💕
I was traveling with my family and was pleasantly surprised. We were traveling and passed through around midnight and decided we needed a break. I booked online with my choice privileges and was greeted by a friendly front desk agent which was wonderful as we had been traveling for 9 hours (3 kids in the car). The room had 2 queen beds, was on the 1st floor, spacious, clean, and had fairly modern decor. The beds were comfortable and we were all able to get a good nights rest. The sink is outside of the bathroom, which was a little odd. Breakfast was simple but adequate; with waffles, sausage biscuits and gravy, egg patties, sausage patties, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee, and juice. Check-out went smooth and we were on our way again.
We always stay here on our way to Green Bay... we have never had an issue... till this time... we booked online through choice privileges and we had a suite with whirlpool tub.. got the confirmation and everything... When we arrived they did not have out reservation the room we booked was already taken...... not a good start to our vacation
I returned to Marinette again for work a couple of weeks ago from Milwaukee. Corey and Felicia at the front desk are very nice and willing to help at any time. The housekeeping staff is efficient and always friendly. Breakfast in the morning is 6am-9am and they don't mind us early birds that have to leave at 5:30am to help ourselves. Hot / cold cereals, a mini buffet with eggs, potatoes and biscuits with sausage gravy is pretty good and they also have danish and even yogurt. My room and bed are very comfortable and there's also a guest laundry on the first floor. I was happy not to search for a laundromat to do a load of clothes! Designated smoking areas on the property, plenty of parking and close to everything!
Was very happy with nice beds and a modern nice looking place. Had a nice breakfast with protein of eggs and sausage. Sink outside the shower room is a nice convenience. Refrig and microwave in rooms Convenient off Expressway.
Like my title says you get what you pay for. Very average hotel and a lot of workmen seem to stay here. Room was ok but rather old. Bathroom was very smal and one could hardly turn around in bathroom. Breakfast room very small and had standard fare. All in all if I had been doing more than passing through I would have looked elsewhere.
We checked in late on a Thursday evening and were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Thankfully the people were not in the room at the time we burst through the door with all of our things. We went to the front desk to get another room and the employee was talking under her breath about how that room couldn't possibly have people in it. She then gave us a new room. The room was clean - beds were fairly comfortable. There is a train very nearby so was awoken several times by the train whistle. Breakfast was just okay - nothing fantastic.
