Close to downtown but just far away to not hear traffic. Facility is great in all ways, although we did get noise from walking in unit above us. Our unit was on the south end. Walk outside and you are next to an orchard. Well furnished and lots of supplies. Hot water took awhile. I will stay there again and recommend to my friends.
Great rooms, clean resort. Only wish in the pool area would be little bit cleaner around the pool, otherwise water was warm and pool was big. Front desk was nice and helpful. Complimentary coffee was wonderful and good quantity at the hotel. We definitely have a plan to come back in the future.

The property is outside of the traffic pattern so quiet and beautiful. Having a kitchen and patio/porch were great amenities. The resort has everything you need plus the Door County Trolley comes right to your front door to take you shopping and eating.

The whole property was very nice and clean. We loved the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, fireplace, and the balcony overlooking the back lawn, trees, and an orchard. The apartment was clean and well equipped for any of your needs. The staff were very nice and always helpful. The location was great with a nice little walk to downtown Egg Harbor, with a great grocery store, shops, restaurants, and the harbor.

My reservation was canceled on me. I found this out after driving 6 hours.
Our overall experience was good, except for the fact that the kitchen was barely stocked with cooking equipment. That was fine for us, as we ate out 2x per day, but if I had been planning on cooking a full dinner, I would have been disappointed. There wasn’t much in the way of pots and pans. That could be an issue for someone looking to save money by cooking in instead of eating at a restaurant for every meal

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! The pool can be a challenging thing at times as we do have staff check in on it each hour and during our peak hours, once every 2 hours to reset the room and swap out towels as needed. What tends to happen, because of our large pool and many rooms, is that our guests will use it and the complementary towels and pool toys that come with it, and will tend to make it messy until we reset it again. Thank you for letting us know, we will be sure to stay on top of it more vigilantly and see to it that we continue to strive for excellence with our guests experience!

We do have (3) 100 gallon water heaters and did have a large influx of guests staying in their rooms during your stay, and it could have been one of those situations where everybody was taking showers/baths with all the families!
