Our kitchen counter was not the cleanest and the pool area definitely needed cleaning. When checking with the desk person, he said it was cleaned three days earlier. There were many pool toys laying around and areas where there was lots of hair on the pool deck. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

Front desk check in person (Dan?) was very friendly and good at his job. Pool area was ok . We really wanted to overly enjoy resort as a family getaway. Easy parking and check in. Room felt dirty and dated, bed had many long black hairs and makeup smeared on pillow and hot water did not work in bath tub. We left a day early. Not terrible but not good either.

Close to downtown but just far away to not hear traffic. Facility is great in all ways, although we did get noise from walking in unit above us. Our unit was on the south end. Walk outside and you are next to an orchard. Well furnished and lots of supplies. Hot water took awhile. I will stay there again and recommend to my friends.

From time to check in to Checking out service was excellent. The staff We're friendly. And very helpful. The hotel in very family orientated. They had a play area for the children to play in along with the pool area inside an outside pool area. The lobby area was clean and well kept. Noise level was kept to a minimum noted at night. Which was nice if you wanted to sleep. A room inspection. What smt with above standards excellent to be exact? Look forward to returning to this hotel.

Great rooms, clean resort. Only wish in the pool area would be little bit cleaner around the pool, otherwise water was warm and pool was big. Front desk was nice and helpful. Complimentary coffee was wonderful and good quantity at the hotel. We definitely have a plan to come back in the future.
