Comfort Inn & Suites Burnet

The Little Things

The hotel overall was very, very nice. We didn't have any complaints except for the vending machines for drinks which were both out and non-working at 11 pm when we arrived. There was no where to get drinks for the night. However, the clerk at the desk gave us two water bottles so that helped. Otherwise, the room was great, the bathroom was huge and we enjoyed the stay very much.

Best Western Plus Blanco Luxury Inn & Suites

Family Wedding

We were put in a handicap room. I would have liked to have an option or at least notified prior to checking in. The location of the room was loud into the night. The bill I received from the hotel was for $119 per night. We were charged me $149. per night. Do I get a refund?

Horseshoe Bay Resort

Nice apartment, great amenities

Our stay at Horseshoe Bay resort was very good. At first, we were a bit thrown off by the apartment because it looked like it was recently renovated but looked unfinished: - There was a lamp without a bulb in one of the bedrooms - All the handles in the kitchen cabinets were missing but the holes were there - The doors and drawers in the kitchen were stuck as if recently painted - toilet paper holders in 2 of the bathrooms were very loose The service was excellent, room service was overall good with one exception on Saturday night when the dinner took almost 2 over to make it to the room. Personnel everywhere was VERY attentive to details and we feel very grateful because of that.
