All three terraces (facing South and West) offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains and a good view of Gibraltar and North Africa. At the adjacent golf course, you can play golf or go down to the beach to enjoy either the beautiful Cabopino beach or in one of the many beach bars with live entertainment to experience the Mediterranean flair - all within walking distance ....
The three terraces offer plenty of possibilities for you to enjoy - you can grill on the lower terrace with a garden and enjoy culinary delights (dining table for 8 persons), relax on the middle terrace in the seating set for wine and music, or go to the upper sun terrace and relax on the Sonnenliegen (a Aussendusche is also available). Because of the location (about 100m above sea level) you have a great view at the same time private phaere - on the Sonnenterrasse you are protected from the outside, only the birds have insight.
Parking is available right next to the house - also the cars have sea view.

You enter the house on a slope on the ground floor, here is the kitchen, guest toilet and the living and dining room with direct access to the middle terrace. From this terrace you can reach the lower garden area via a staircase.
Via the inner staircase you reach the ground floor, here are two bedrooms - one with two single beds, which can also be pushed together, the second with double bed and direct access to the terrace and garden. When you sit on the bed, you see the sea. On this floor is also the bathroom with toilet and bathtub, as well as a small storage room with room safe.
In the upper floor is the largest bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bidet and shower. From the bedroom you enter the sun terrace with sunbathing and outdoor shower.
So lots of space to relax together, but also to accommodate different needs.
We do not need to say too much about the surroundings ... Costa del Sol speaks for itself - here you can find everything your heart desires ... places with a great nightlife, beach bars, beach clubs, but also secluded sections that invite you to go hiking. And of course the proximity to Seville, Granada, Ronda, Gibraltar - Tarifa is 1.5h away.
