Looking for the perfect home for your next Florida Keys vacation? Our Waterfront home with over 30 feet of dock space is Just a short boat ride out to Sombrero Beach and open water for a day of fishing, snorkeling or cruising around. Relax in our Coastal home from the balcony or pool and enjoy water views & sunsets that never disappoint!! Additionally, you will enjoy your own private dock and heated pool... complete with chaise lounges, outdoor dining table, grill, Adirondack chairs, fish cleaning station, bait freezer and so much more!!
Our Home is a spacious 4-Bedroom house. The kitchen and living room boast a beachy and spacious open concept feel... with enough room for everyone to enjoy dinner together, play games or watch movies (that is when you are not outside enjoying the amazing views, fishing off the dock or spending time on your boat!).
With our dock right there off the back of the house, each day you can just walk out the door, hop on your boat and head out for your next fishing, diving or sandbar adventure. We are also just minutes away from Sombrero Beach, numerous restaurants and literally only a bike ride to the grocery store!
After a busy day on the water (or a relaxing day by the pool)... everyone is sure to get a great nights sleep in the Bedroom of their choice! Downstairs, we have one Master w/an adjoining full bath. Upstairs, you will find another Master w/ensuite Bath plus a Queen Room and a Bunk room who will share a centrally located 3rd full bathroom.
Last, but not least, we aren`t your typical vacation rental! When you arrive, we will have stocked the pantry and fridge with some necessities so you can just start enjoying your vacation right away!! Beach towels, bath towels, sunscreen, toiletries and household supplies are also provided to get you started!! So just grab your flip flops, shorts, and bathing suit... and start your vacation in our little slice of paradise down here in the gorgeous Florida Keys!!

Great time in Marathon
Property had everything we needed to have a great time. Location was great for what we were looking to do. Close to restaurants and beach. The boat ride from the doc out to fish was enjoyable. Bikes, kayak and SUP board were all enjoyed. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. Manatees, dolphins, fish, all kids of fun. Appreciated the short walk or bike ride to the grocery store. Would stay here again in a heatbeat.

A little bit of paradise
We rang in 2025 in Marathon. This is a fantastic home. Beautifully decorated and well laid out for a vacation with family or friends. Nice heated pool and boat dock to fish off of or paddle around in the canal and launch your boat into the open waters. It’s a great location close to Sombrero beach, live music and good food at Dockside Boot Key Harbor Bar and Grill, watch sunset upstairs at Shannon’s, the Plaza Grill and other great restaurants. Publix is a 5 minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to stay in and cook in. The owners thought through the details down to stocking the fridge with a few beverages, breakfast and snack things you need to get your trip started. Ruth is great to work with and so helpful. We will definitely rent this home on our next trip down.

Great Property!
Very clean and well appointed property! The home’s floor plan
And dock setup, as well as overall outside area is very functional. The location is close to Publix and Sombrero Beach. Ruth was great with communication from the very beginning until after we left. Home was very clean and in very good condition. It was very much appreciated that they had snacks, food and toiletries to get us started. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for a Marathon property.

Incredible Experience All Around
The initial communication with the PM could not have been better. Incredibly accommodating to our request and a pleasure to talk to. Upon arrival we found the unit(s) to be very clean and well-appointed. The property had all the amenities we could want and access to the open ocean was easy. We had several communication during our stay with the PM and she was always super easy to deal with. Would NOT hesitate to rent from her again. Ruth and Traci were both outstanding.

Fantastic property
This was by far the best property we’ve rented. It was very clean, had everything you would need and more. The icing was the groceries that were purchased for us so we could enjoy our stay from the time we got there - didn’t have to run out for groceries right away. For any questions and minor repair (replacement of outside spot light) Ruth was extremely responsive. Loved the place!

Owner and home were amazing !! Very good communication, left goodies ( food, drinks and household items ) for the family upon arrival ! Very clean and quality everything in the home . We will for sure stay here again every time we come back to Marathon!!
