This listing features a TROPICAL ISLAND villa at Cocoplum Beach & Tennis Club &Marina—one of just two villas near the office that look out over the tennis court and gardens (Unit 16 or Unit #18). The exact villa number is provided upon arrival. While these units do not offer direct views of the Atlantic Ocean or the beach/pool, they’re just a short three- to four-minute stroll from the oceanfront amenities.

Cocoplum sits on a rare Florida Keys beach with a rare zero-edge pool that overlooks both the Atlantic and the sandy shore. It’s an ideal spot for family reunions or two couples traveling together. Enjoy deep-water docks along a protected canal (with water and electricity), a heated swimming pool (heated from Dec 20 to March 30 and is just not necessary at any other time of the year. with ocean views and a jacuzzi. Located at mile marker 54.5 in the central Florida Keys, the property enjoys great year-round weather perfect for fishing, diving, & relaxing in the tropical climate.

Please note: Motorized watercraft, including boats, jet skis, & all motorized toys—are not permitted on the beach. Most guests stay for 7 nights, arriving and departing any day of the week, though shorter stays (3 to 6 nights) may be available on request.

The 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home is fully furnished, offering a full kitchen & dining area, a master bedroom with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen & twin bed, and a family room with a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps up to six). Additional amenities include 3 flat-screen cable TVs, a spacious screened porch, & a private laundry room. We include high speed comcast fiber Wi-Fi throughout the property. On the ground floor you’ll find the utility area with washer, dryer, bait freezer and storage. Exterior stairs lead to the main entrance on the first floor (dining, kitchen, balcony), while an interior spiral staircase takes you to the second floor (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, wet bar). Please note, no elevators are available.

We enjoyed the private beach, pool and hot tub. The villa needed some repair (broken lock on sliding glass door, screws loose on stair railing, table lamps in upstairs living room were about to fall apart). and the bathrooms were quite small. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was very clean. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Clean, host very helpful. Hot tub great, kitchen small very wel appointed. Plenty of room for 2 peope, but could be very for 4. Longest beach to walk in the Keys I was told. Idf not it is certainly one of the longest and prettiest. Great parking. nice tennis court and basketball. Would stay her again. If you visit the area and are interested in history, don't miss Pigen Key. Nice day trip to Key West. Sea food the best at the Fisheries. Market and restaurant with perfect sunset view and out door dining. If you are doing seafoon anywhere in th eKeys go to a Market/Restaurant because it is the freshest as these folks deal directly with the fisherman. Local Bike shop rents and deliver standard and electric bikes and picks 'em up. Very reasonable.

Great location on Marathan Key - About halfway between Miami and Key West, so we used this as our base of operations to explore the area. The unit itself was right on a little sandy beach which we loved and the place had a ton of room for the three of s traveling together. A lovely screened-in porch, two living areas and while the kitchen was small, it had everything you needed along with a pass window to the porch, where we ate all of our meals. Definitely recommend.

This quirky place was great for our group of 5. The private beach with an adjacent pool was super fun for our kiddo, felt like everyone got what they wanted in the same place! The rental had lots of little thoughtful details like a laundry hamper-not to mention private laundry room for each villa! The interior could use a little updating but we really enjoyed our stay here. Slow mornings drinking coffee on the screened in porch were so nice! Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! My kids lived in the pool and the ocean for 4 days. The condo itself had a quirky layout, but it was everything we needed. It was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the staff are wonderful and even cut down and cut open a coconut for my kids to try. The price was great for the area and we'd definitely stay there again!

The best staff, we were by the tennis courts. These are older Condos but the grounds were beautiful and very clean. I can’t remember seeing anything about the spiral staircase. It was too many stairs for our family so we will not be back but that is the only reason. Everything else was Awesome.

Old and out dated condos. Condos have a bad smell to them due to old carpet and mildew. My family and I made the most of our vacation but would not come back. We paid way too much for this 2.5 star condo due to being mislead online through VRBO. This property has great potential to be awesome but until then don’t expect what you see online.Laundry room appliances kept breaking, toilets clogged very easy, and your clothes and towels will eventually smell like the condo which is gross. Kitchen is super small, beach would only get 1/2 cleaned, hot tub broke, and ocean was never clear blue water. Property is located on the east side of Marathon. Maintenance fixed everything which was great but it doesn’t happen fast since his list never ends. Locals claimed the east side majority gets the easterly winds causing waves and cloudy water. All the beautiful calm clear water is on west side of the Florida Keys. I wish I knew this before I booked the condo. This place should never be priced over 300/night.

The pictures do not do it justice. When I initally booked I thought wow right near the water, small place it will be great. When we got there we didnt realize that the beach was literally steps from our front door. The washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. We loved using the screened patio and the kitchen pass through for dinners. I 100% recommend this place. It is perfect for families and those who want to get away. The pool was great. There were always chair available on the beach (just remember to bring your own umbrella... your future sunburned self will thank you). I will 100% go back for another restful stay!

Great find on the beach in Marathon! Nice central location in the Keys. The house and property were very clean, and kitchen had everything needed. I loved the screened in porch and watching sunrises at the beach. The front desk was super helpful when our AC wasn’t working. I let them know in the morning and they sent someone out right away to fix it. I would highly recommend staying here!

Coco Plums was a lovely property. The house was clean and the check in easy. But it is an old property. The kitchen has great supplies but is tiny! The bedrooms are very small, and the bathrooms VERY tiny! The pool and hot tub were great and location of property fantastic. It was quiet. But the living area wasn’t very comfortable and the house does have very steep spiral stairs that go upstairs. We spent a lot of time on the screened in deck which was great but not a place to plop down after the beach and watch a movie. Just know that. We were fine reading books and playing games and didn’t spend much time indoors so 4 out of 5.

Property needs a little old. Enjoyed the stay although the sargassum on the beach was not what we expected. Nothing you as the host could do about that. Mother Nature at work. Beautiful sunrise though from the beach. Pool was satisfactory and quiet. Just what we were looking for.
