We had a lovely stay. Comfortable house, great location, kitchen was fantastic. Just a few things to note if you stay, not negative just things you might want to bring: laundry detergent, dish sponge, pan spray, broom

well stocked, property management was excellent. when we called about an issue they promptly responded. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome time at Octopus Oasis!!

We had a great time during our week stay!! The house was very clean and nicely cooled down on our arrival. The kitchen has almost anything you need to make your stay great. The response time for any questions we had was very quick and easy. We had a good time exploring the area and finding great places to meet people and have great food and drinks. We will definitely book the house again!!

We had a great trip to Marathon, Florida for my daughter’s wedding. The Octopus is nicely decorated, comfy beds, great shower, beautiful kitchen and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen island is very spacious but lacks electric outlets for phones or devices. Parking is great for 3-4 cars but the carport parking area is very dark at night and needs outside lighting. The local property management team (iTrip Key West), has a very nice staff but they were slow to respond with questions or requests. Overall, our trip was filled with great memories in Marathon.

We didn’t want for anything!

We had a lovely stay at the Octopus Oasis over spring break this year. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen in a rental home I’ve ever seen. We cooked many meals there. We particularly loved the roof deck for morning coffee and tea and watching the sunrise. A great thing is you can watch the sunrise and the sunset from the roof deck! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely return for another stay.

Clean- Nice Place to Stay

House is well laid out for it's size, Property was clean. My only feedback would be to have a house book. As the one who booked, I was constantly referencing emails for rules, check out procedures, etc. Having that info available on the property would be very helpful.

A great family spot

My entire family was super impressed House overall was absolutely gorgeous. As far as the amenities everything was spot on we were missing nothing every kitchen utensil you can think of. Was there two different barbecues to cook on and a dock for the boat or just fishing off the dock either way was great my family and I are so comfortable. We didn’t even realize our week was up. Felt like we were there only a couple of days We did everything we wanted to do. It was made easy by this house. If it never goes up for sale, I’ll be trying to buy it. Loved it.

Great home base

My family of five enjoyed our stay at the Octopus Oasis. The house was very clean upon our arrival and had plenty of space for each of my teens/young adults to have their own rooms. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate almost all of our meals at the house. Other than a few spices, there are no food items, so be prepared for that. It's kind of a bummer to have to throw out so many things that are barely used and might be useful to next tenants (oil, sugar, etc). The grill was great for cooking up the fish that my husband and sons caught. You have to use your own streaming services to use the TVs, but we had no issue with that. The beds were comfy and beach towels were plentiful! The hot tub and cornhole set were used by my crew every evening. There is currently construction going on at the house right across the canal, but since we kept the A/C on with windows closed, it wasn't a bother. We found the location to be central to what we wanted to do in the Keys. The only blip we had was at the very end of our stay when the housecleaner showed up before our required departure time. She stayed outside in her car, but it did make us feel like we needed to rush. She seemed to be new (even asked my husband if she was in the right place), so hopefully this will be worked out for future renters.
