Oceanfront Apartment on Private Sandy Beach | Kayaks & Sandbar!

We have two oversized second story apartments directly on a private Sandy Beach. Both apartments have had complete renovations completed December, 2017, with new kitchens, new bathrooms, floors, etc. Each unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Rent with rental number 9131033 (separate reservation and fees) to sleep up to 8 people. Walk from your front door onto a large sand bar in the Atlantic Ocean. Watch the sunrise and sunset from this uniquely located private triplex. Tie up your boat directly behind the property on the sandbar or dockage and boat launch available across the street on the Bay side. Amazing sea life right at the beach, stingrays, puffer fish crabs, shark. Fish right from the shore. When tide is out you can walk hundreds of feet into the ocean on the sand bar. We also have two kayaks for you use

This unit accommodates 4 people with 1 King bed and a queen sized sofa bed. Rent with mirror image unit next door to accommodate 8.

We are in a very unique natural habitat. There are times, depending on the tides, when thick seaweed, rocks, and other items wash up on our shoreline. We recommend always wearing water shoes.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.

The house was awesome! Outside was beautiful on a private beach facing the ocean, it has a great location on Grassy Key, and the inside was well appointed. Honestly didn’t need to discuss much with the host because everything was clear and taken care of.

Absolutely beautiful views and a perfect location! The apartment was a great size for the 2 of us. All our favorite places are nearby. Loved being able to sit down on the beach and up on the deck. A perfect home base to explore the keys!

This place is a perfect home base to explore the keys! Half way between key largo and key west. The apartment was clean and comfortable and rite on the beach with grassy flats resort just two doors down. We were lucky enough to be there for their full moon party. I would recommend this rental and absolutely stay here again.

What an awesome place to stay. Location and scenery were great. Everything you need. We loved the sunrises from this property. Perfect out of town peacefulness

The accommodation is about 8 miles from Marathon itself so sits perfectly located by the ocean for peace and quiet but close enough to some fantastic restaurants and shopping areas.Accommodation is very spacious with all amenities catered for so you just need to turn up and sit on the beach straight away.Firepit is perfect for an evening of stargazing as it's so dark sat there.Andy was a great host and always answered any issues we had.I'd highly recommend this accommodation if you want chilled out peace and quiet right at the heart of the keys.Make sure to visit Marathon Steak & Lobster restaurant along with Castaway, 2 absolutely superb eateries about 15 mins away by car

Perfect Spot

I never liked Marathon but my husband convinced me to try it one more time. I am so happy he did. Your place was perfect. The area is quiet and not hemmed in by other homes, but close to beaches and restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed inside and out. The view was wonderful. We loved to watch the stars come out at nite. We will not hesitate to come back for a longer stay.

A little piece of paradise

What a lovely place to get out of the rat race for a few days. You're literally right on the beach (I wouldn't swim there, but you can certainly walk out quite a ways), there's always a very strong breeze, the apartment was quite comfortable and well-equipped, and it's close to "town" but not in "town" so it's quiet and relaxing. Hope to come back someday.

Great Beach House!

This place is amazing! What could be better than your own beach? The house was clean, has a nice kitchen, a grill, kayaks, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, an indoor dining table and covered parking. The only issue that I found was you could hear the roadway traffic at night (which you cant do anything about). The owner was very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay there. I highly recommend staying here!
