Cabin was impeccably clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) paper goods and even a blow dryer. This simple, clean cabin was perfect for a laid back beach get away. Didn’t use the free bikes or kayaks but definitely would have used beach chairs and an umbrella if they had them to borrow.

Loved being right on the water in our Family Cabin! Being able to walk right out and feel the tropical air and see the palms blowing in the wind. It rained hard the night we stayed and hitting the tin roof lulled us right to sleep. The wood detailing was gorgeous and everything seemed new and fresh. Felt safe & comfy on our visit

Checking in was easy, but the room we booked through orbits was supposed to be a deluxe family cabin for a group of 5. Instead we were given an aqua lodge(house boat). The photos show a trailer with a log cabin appearance, we were told an aqua lodge and the deluxe family cabin are the same thing but in reality when you compare the structures the aqua lodge is smaller. The office states that third party booking sites call it cabins but they are really aqua lodges. My gut tells me that our cabin was booked and they gave us the aqua lodge so we have a place that could accommodate all of us because all the cabins seemed to be booked.The property is clean and well kept, kayak seats need to be replaced, the pool was fine but the pool deck needs to be repainted or resurfaced, and the pickle ball paddles and balls need replacement. We enjoyed our stay but those were the issues we encountered.

Being in the Aqua Lodge, my family and I got to enjoy being on a "house boat" and we all throughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the updated furnishes, and we were very comfortable

The cabin was unique and perfect for someone who isn't planning to spend a long time inside on a vacation to the Keys. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk beds. They LOVED seeing Blaze the local dog every day. They couldn't wait to see him and pet him when they woke up each day. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the bay and even saw two eagle rays feeding in the currrent. WARNING: if you are planning to kayak, be careful going under the Sadowski Causeway. The current was VERY strong and it was very difficult to steer and propel the larger two person kayaks back against that current. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and planned to play some pickle ball but we ran short on days/time. The staff was very friendly and the door to the office was always open if we had questions. We did laundry there and they were able to exchange for coins which was very helpful. The only minor issues we had were related to the bunk bed room and the temperature it reached overnight. We left the fan running but there is no A/C blowing in that room, so if you closed the door, the kids would get very hot overnight and wake up sweating. We solved this problem by leaving the living room A/C running and opening their door while closing the door to the separate bedroom that the adults stayed in. The bicycles on site were not in the best shape and the helmets were also pretty worn. Overall, a great place to stay!

It appears the tiny cabin rented was brand new. Beautiful, comfortable, clean. The hot water wasn’t working. They were going to have maintenance look at it. Location was great if you have transportation.

Lovely cabin with all mod cons - A/C, Full Size Fridge, Microwave, 2 x Hob Cooker, Well equipped, 2 x separate double rooms and 1 x Mezzanine Level Bed area plus Sofa converts to a bed. Nice location, overlooking Boat Dock. Very clean/Comfortable and friendly site staff. Only minor issues: 1)Was some boat dock works ongoing during our stay, which were intermittently noisy from time to time 2)The Mezz area bedroom, gets warm even with A/C and circulatory fan going
