Perfect for boating and beach

Beautiful home with deep water canal close to everything. Across the street from the beach, close to dining, shopping and activities. Will definetly be looking to stay here again next year.

Great family vacation

Really enjoyed the house! Perfect setup for bringing a boat and enjoying time on the water. Lots of space for kids and had everything we needed. Will be back!

Nice stay in Marathon

Property was nice but definitely in need of renovation. Deck and dock need to be repaired, kitchen seems to have the same cabinets the house was built with in the late 80's. Beds need to be replaced as well. The pool pump went out 2 days into our stay. For some reason a part was needed that they had to order in, despite the many pool servicing businesses/ companies in the area.So, no jacuzzi for the rest of the week. The location is great, however, and we were visited by several manatees which was the highlight of our trip.

The house was nice but the outdoor area and especially the pool were the stars of the house We spent most of the days outside in the pool or relaxing in one of the chairs Everything we needed was rite there the grill shade sun a shower a sunk refrigerator and freezer it was perfect

Pros and Cons

Positives - outdoor area of the home is lovely and inviting. The upper deck off the kitchen area is sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon making it perfect for enjoying meals. The property manager was very responsive. Negatives - the inside of the house could definitely use some TLC. The inside refrigerator shelves were held on with electrical tape. Several of the bathroom fixtures were severely rusted. We stayed in the main floor bedroom - the bed was not comfortable, squeaked any time you made the smallest movement, mattress and pillows were stained. Our friends stayed upstairs and felt the beds were uncomfortable as well. Overall, we spent 90% of our time outside. Would it have been nicer if we slept better all week, yes, but we really enjoyed the pool, spa and beautiful weather.

Wonderful beach vacation

Upon arrival our pool was not filled or heated. However, the team came out to fix it immediately. So many wonderful memories were made playing in the pool, walking to the ocean and seeing the manatees. Would definitely rent again.

Comfortable and cozy…

This house was wonderful! The inside could use a few updates however the kitchen was stocked , the beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra sheets and blankets if needed. The outside pool area is a show-stopper ! Tons of shade on hot sunny days while still being able to sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous keys weather. We would stay here again and again !!!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay, especially being able to walk along Sombrero Beach each morning. The house was very nice. The pool was great and we liked the below deck seating area. Even though the interior of the house is dated (cabinets, kitchen & bathrooms) the house is clean and location is great. Would definitely stay again.

The house was spacious and the owner provided lots of added amenities. We loved the pool and the under deck seating (it was a bit too warm to be in the sun for long when we were there). Overall it was a lovely vacation home-away-from-home.

Great house!

The house was roomy and well stocked . Plenty of room for our 2 boats at the dock.lots of parking! Our only complaint was the long ride to fish and snorkel . Very close to the beaches and shopping etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Loved the pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Was very clean, had all the cooking utensils and amenities we needed as well as plenty of room for us to enjoy our time inside and out of the house. The parking is huge if you are bringing multiple vehicles and a boat trailer, which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!
