A fully equipped kitchen overlooking the water. Two spacious beautifully renovated bathrooms. Condo includes wireless internet, washer and dryer inside the building free of charge and an inside condo washer/dryer, dockage for a boat up to 34 ft, heated pool, club house, BBQ, and bicycle parking available in case you want to bring your over. One assigned parking space, plus plenty available guest parking. Condo is 2 miles from the amazing Sombrero Beach. Walking distance to the only Publix and Winn Dixie in Marathon Key!!! This location is just perfect in every way!
